How does Aizen hope to Suceed?

Hey guys. I've been a fan of this site for a while but only just joined, so here goes.

For the people that have been following the bleach storyline, I want to hear your opinion of how Aizen hopes to achieve his goal. Let me explain.

I actually thought the arrancar would be more powerful than they are or needed to at least. If you look at it, arrancar's 4-10 have all been defeated. The strongest members of his army are almost all gone. Im sure Stark, Barragan and Halibel are really strong but I think the shinigami have the situation under control.

If you go through the bleach wiki site, you will find all captains have a power rating comprised of: Offense, Defence, Agility, Kido, Intelligence and Physical Strength with the maximum rating being 600. This is data is from the soul society arc. Yamamoto and Aizen are the highest rated with 560. The next strongest captains after them in order are: Retsu Onahana - 540, Shinsui Kyoraku - 530, Byakuya Kuchiki - 510, Toshiro Hitsugaya - 500 and Jushiro Ukitake - 490.
It should be mentioned that Ukitake's rating should be much higher (on par with Shinsui or Retsu) but his illness greatly affects his physical strength and Agility rating. Kenpachi should also be higher but because he has a kido rating of 0, he is actually the lowest. I can also confidently say that Yoruichi and Urahara are probably in the 500's too.

Now to the point. If you have noticed, we have only been given small glances at the powers of the stronger captains. We have only seen Yamamoto release his shikai, but not actually fight with it. We have also only seen Retsu's shikai but never seen her in combat. We have seen Shunsui's and Jushiro's shikai form but we've never seen them attack with their powers, though we have seen Byakuya's and Toshiro's bankai. It should also be noted that these captains always avoid fighting in most circumstances. The fact is, they are really strong. Im sure Stark will give Shunsui a little headache but he's not likely to win. Also im sure Jushiro is capable of beating Barragan. Toshiro is struggling with halibel but let's wait and see.

We are then left with Tosen, Gin and Aizen himself. I am going to assume that they have all undergone hollowfication and have hollow powers like ichigo. when they were all still captains, Kenpachi defeated Tosen with relative ease not even using his full power. Though their fight wasnt finished, Toshiro really wanted to kill Gin as Gin even stopped smiling and had to resort to cheap attacks. Aizen is definitely stronger than all of them save for Yamamoto. He was able to defeat Toshiro's bankai with just one slash from his zanpakto. So with hollow powers, it is safe to say Aizen is stronger than Yamamoto. Gin (rated 480 while still in soul society) will probably be a problem with hollow powers, but i doubt he would be able to defeat Yamamoto. Tosen (rated at 460) even with hollow powers i doubt will be too much trouble.

So who is left to defeat Aizen?
That might be left to Ichigo as he is the main character after all. Let us also not forget that there is another squad known as the Royal Guard or the zero division made up of former captains who have been promoted to this level. they are assigned to protect the king who Aizen plots to overthrow. How can he possibly achieve his goal.
