::And as if water- fire seeped from the ground and started to rise up, swollowing everything in its’ path::

SHANNARO!!! Manga, Chapter XI: “Our Strength”

How convenient, picking on the weak…You people have no honor!!!
:: a familiar voice shouts ::
:: the fire is mostly extinguished ::
ZabuzaTheGreat: *sigh* Damn It… why does everyone always have to step in… I am tired of this happening…
Mart: Zep, now!!!
ZepWolfX: that’s my queue… :grins: …Juurken !
Zabuzathegreat: You must be taking me for a fool… huh ?
…and he kicks ZepWolfX to the ground…
ZepWolfX wounded: Damn it… *kh-* …we can’t match him…
The shady ninja from before gets to lower ground trying to distract ZabuzaTheGreat; The Ninja attempts to attack ZabuzaTheGreat… the shinobi manages to avoid the attack…
Meanwhile, Darklurker and his team are whispering a plan…
ZepWolfX: I don’t think I can manage much… that last attack was more than enough for a ninja to call it quits…
Mart: I think this is a good plan… maybe we can manage something… if that ninja that is helping us out keeps distracting her…
Mart attacks with shurikens but ZabuzaTheGreat blocks them with a Great Fireball jutsu…
ZabuzaTheGreat: ah… Futile… all is futile…
…from behind, the shinobi attemps to strike him again… he dodges it… but DarkLurker attacks from wide range with Raiton in his sword… he manages to land a hit… a large amount of blood is flowing from ZabuzaTheGreat’s upper back…
ZabuzaTheGreat: …this hurts… I should give you props for actually landing a hit on me *sigh* for what it’s worth…
ZabuzaTheGreat attempts to heal himself, But ZepwolfX, even though wounded seriously… strikes him with Juurken, at an amazing speed…
ZabuzaTheGreat manages to heal himself but feels some internal pain: What have you done you brat !? *GHAH!!!* *blood coming out from his mouth
Mart: It worked !
Darklurker: He will not fall for the same trick twice; we need a new strategy…
ZabuzaTheGreat: *breathing heavily and wounded badly* I don’t know what you did… but this time… I will no longer play with you… I have to use my entire strength !!!
::: Katon: Karyuudan no Jutsu :::
Darklurker grins: Not the brightest fellow, are you !?
ZabuzaTheGreat: What?!
The unknown shinobi easily blocks it; Darklurker and Mart try to hit ZabuzaTheGreat; They are no match for him, and are easily brushed aside, but ZepwolfX lands another Juurken hit on him, and manages to stun him for awhile…
Mart and Darklurker send some kunais flying towards ZabuzaTheGreat… he wakes out of his unconcsiousness, and avoids the kunais… he also tries to heal himself… yet again.
ZepWolfX doesn’t leave him any breathing space and lands another Juurken, but this time ZabuzaTheGreat grabs his hand and sends him flying with a taijutsu kick…
ZabuzaTheGreat: This is it, you annoying brat… ::maniacal grin::
He jumps towards ZepWolfX and releases Katon Housenka no Jutsu… which fully hit ZepWolfX… he falls to the ground at a great speed…
Mart: No… no way… This can’t be !!!
Darklurker: Arrgh!!! … don’t worry… Zep is much stronger than you think !
Unknown Ninja: It doesn’t seem like he is waking up… and I think his vital signs are fading away…
ZabuzaTheGreat: Heh… that’s right… ::looks towards the remainder of ZepWolfX’s team:: … you are the next in line…
:: Don’t underestimate ME !!! ::
ZabuzaTheGreat looking back: What the heck !?
ZepWolfX stands up in incredible pain… but his life is hanging on by just a thread of hair…
ZabuzaTheGreat: I’ve had it with you… you should’ve stayed down… now…
…he doesn’t finish his sentence…
ZepwolfX: Oh… *u…gh…*.. this is…the… BYAKUGAN !!!
ZabuzaTheGreat: Byakugan… what is?..
…again… he doesn’t manage to finish his sentence, but ZepWolfX attacks him at a incredible speed, even though extremely wounded, ZabuzaTheGreat is only left stunned…
ZepWolfX here goes… my final attack :: Hakke Rokujuuyonshou ::
:: 2 palms… 4 palms… 8 palms… 16 palms… 32 palms… ::
ZabuzaTheGreat: GHAAAAAAH !!!!!
ZepWolfX: 8 Triagrams… 64 Palms !!!
ZabuzaTheGreat coughing up blood: Son of a… What did you do!? I can’t move!!!
Darklurker: FINISH HIM !!!
ZepWolfX in horrendous pain and exhaustion: I… can’t… :: falls to the ground ::
Unknown Shinobi: Damnit, kid… i’ll do it !!!
ZabuzaTheGreat: What… this is impossible… I won’t die… NOOOO!!!
Shinobi: Don’t worry… I will kill you swiftly ! :: and kills ZabuzaTheGreat with a slash to the heart ::
::silence befalls the team… an eerie sense of unease yet feeling of achievement overtakes the ninjas… until the silence is broken::
Mart: We killed a Kurogyouten !!!
DarkLurker: Why you have to yell so loud?! … Heh ::relief:: We couldn’t have managed without your help … Shinobi !?
Mart: But who are you !? ::looks over at the Unknown Ninja::
Unknown Ninja : All at it’s time… all in due time… now…get your fallen friend… I assure you he isn’t dead… and wait here…
Darklurker: Why wait? What if Zep’s condition worsenes…
Unknown Ninja: Team Spehiroth is on it’s way… they’ll be helping you when they reach this place … and your friend… I am a medical ninja… he’ll survive… to fight another day !
You may also be ambushed… so in a larger group you are safer… also don’t start to move out… until your friend recovers… which i think will be pretty soon…
Darklurker: Thank you for what you have done, Shinobi !
Unknown Shinobi: Darklurker… was it? You are a great strategist… and mart you are a good team worker… I have to say… I haven’t seen such team chemistry since…
Mart: Since?
Unknown Shinobi: *sigh*… I must be going now…
::: She takes off… and darkness soon sets… over the battlefield… a great victory for the Shadow Country… :::

Man I liked this thing so much that I just wanted to comment on it again. I like how well this series is going and I would love to see how it all plays out for the village. Just wanted to know if the genkage has a super secret weapon in store to help them all out. And what IS the genkage doing right now? Who is he facing and just what is he doing? Cant wait to find out next time on dragon bal…sorry I mean Shannaro!!! Manga Chapter 12! and btw This is better then Naruto at the moment! Just my opinion
