Minato has just defeated the other genius of the village Akira Uchiha! The village watches on in shock at the talent that was shown by the brilliant little Genin! His journey is just beginning, he is about to meet the next chapter in his life as a shinobi!
Tomaka: Alright, the winner is Minato Namikaze!
Minato: Yeah yeah yeah! I won, I’ve finally beat an Uchiha .
Kara: Yeah you won but calm down a shinobi shouldn’t act this way in from of his comrades!
Draka: Hey Minato nice going, I have to admit I almost had trouble catching your movements, you really have gotten strong!
Minato: Ah, don’t waste all your compliments on me you still is as strong as me! I think I would have had an even harder time if my opponent was you.
Draka: HAHAHAHAHA! Thanks Bro.
Jiraiya: Hey kids! Get over here now!
Minato: hah, what do you want with us!…. Oh! wow you’re Jiraiya, one of the Legendary Sannin.
Jiraiya: I see you’ve heard of me and my great skills as a shinobi!
Draka: That’s not all we heard! We also heard you’re a mega perv!
Jiraiya: Hey watch it you still are under me, I could wipe the floor with you all in a sec.
Kara: Excuse my teammates Sir!
Jiraiya: That’s more like it, it seems you all aren’t complete idiots in this group. Now let’s talk business, I heard from the Third about the death of your jonin squad leader in the great ninja war we fought! I have been officially chosen as the new squad leader of your four man cell until you are ready to go out on your own as chunin!
Minato: What? We don’t need a new squad leader we are just as strong, maybe even stronger without one! Besides our old squad leader was way cooler than you, even though we only knew him for a day.
Jiraiya: I understand why you have objections but our village is in need of more shinobi and you guys are going to have to not only get stronger but to mature faster than any other generation before you! The fate of the village will be in you hands in the future, and the only way to secure that future is to become strong. Don’t forget that the ” Will of Fire ” burns strong in all three of you.
Minato: Yeah yeah, we’ve heard that stuff before!
Kara: ( slaps Minato ) Hey shut up Minato! Have some respect!
Minato, Draka, Kara: Right! Let’s do it!
After the Chunin exams the newly formed team gathered in the training grounds! They all advanced to Chunin, surprising even the Third Hokage!
Jiraiya: Okay now that I’ve seen your fighting techniques in the Chunin exams and examining the notes left by your former teach, I am prepared to take you guys out on our first mission and maybe last mission together as a new team!
Kara: What, you mean we are going to split up?
Jiraiya: Well, maybe it’s according to the situation! You all are chunin, the hokage has to decide if you will be formed into new squads!
Draka: I kinda figured so, well lets hope we get to stay as team 4!
Kara: Yeah! We belong together!
Minato: Yeah finally a new mission, when do we leave?
Kara: Stop acting like you don’t want to stay together you idiot!
Minato: It’s not that, I just want to go on a mission so bad.
Jiraiya: Well first we have to get a brief from the Third Hokage, So let’s go!
Back at the Hokage Office! Third Hokage: Since you have a Sannin as your squad leader and that you all are Chunin I’ll send you on a “A Ranked Mission”! The mission that I will be assigning you to is very dangerous considering that we are in a ninja war. Your mission will be to excort General Zakura back to the Land of Whirlpool!
Kara: I have a question sir! If he’s a General for another village why are we helping him? And, If he is a shinobi why do he need our help to get back to the village?
Third Hokage: Well that seems like more than one question!HAHAHAHA! Well, first of all the Land of Whirlpool has been an ally of Konoha for years and still is, and General Zakura was injured in a battle against Hidden Mists ninja and needs to be escorted back to the village! But that’s just the first part of your mission, once you arrive in the village you must protect him because there have been reports of assassination attempts! Find out who is trying to take out the General and take them out!
Minato: Assassination, wow I didn’t know our first mission would be so cool!
Kara: Ah, Sir I have one more question.
Third Hokage: what, another one?
Kara: I just wanted to know if you were going to split our team up since we all are chunin?
Third Hokage: Hmm, well Iv’e seen you all work together on previous mission and I think you guys are stronger together ( a smile comes across Kara’s face )! On the other hand in the future there may be times when I ask you individually to join oder teams as back up but other than that there is nothing to worry about, I mean can’t split you guys up you belong together.
Team4: Yeah!Yeah!yeah!
Jiraiya: Alright Team 4 it’s time to move out!
Squad: Right!
Minato: Yes let’s go on “The mission to the Land of Whirlpool.”

If you well remember what Jiraiya and Tsunade said about Naruto’s parents, he got his personality from his mother and his physical appearance from his dad (Minato, of course). That means Minato wasn’t an IDIOT and was well-tempered. Tsunade said he was such a nice guy. Jiraiya said he was a genius that is only born once in a decade. Also if you go back to Kakashi Gaiden, Minato is shown as a very cool and smart guy with a personality like Kakashi’s (when he is an adult) except for his lack of enthusiasm and punctuality. That is how Minato is! Cool and calm and not overcheerful!
