Temari: Finally!
Kankuro: (man I’m beginning to feel sorry for that Shika guy)
Gaara: I think you can untie him now.
Matsuri: Well, lets have a look at what he wrote down.

Gaara

After losing his Bijuu at the hands of Akatsuki, Gaara decided to step down as Kazekage for a while, until he was able to gets his strength back. He gave the title to one of his sibling, stating, “You’ll make a great leader for Suna.” “It’s only going to be a temporary thing anyways, until i’m fit to protect Suna myself.”

With that said, Gaara made his way out of the Kazekage room, “Take good care of the Village for me.” He was replied with “Why,do ask that, where are you going, what are you going to do?” “To train ofcoarse. I’m going to leave Suna for a while” – Gaara. “You could train here, why do you have to leave?” “I also have alot of thinking to do, I rather be alone when doing this.” Gaara smiles at his sibling and walks away. As he approches the door he heres,”I’ll start making the necessary arrangement. Suna needs to know what’s happening.” “I know I chose the right person for the job. Do as you wish, Kazekage-sama.”

After packing his things, Gaara made his way to the entrance-hallway-place-thingy at the beginning of Suna. As he approched said place, he started to see what looked like people. It turned out to be the whole village, they were all waiting for him to say their good-bye’s. They were lined up in two line, each against the wall of the Hallway entrance.

As Gaara walked thru this massive Hallway, he heared people, cheering his name, thanking him for many things, pleading him not to leave, amongst many other things. Once he arrived at the entrance, he saw Kankuro and Temari, waiting for their young brother. They all smiled and gave themselves a hug out of the love they have for each other.

“I’m so proud of you, and I know mom is too, you’ve grown so much.” – Temari. “Aw, here comes the corny stuff, jeez.” – Kankuro. “Shut it, why you have to ruin the moment!” – Temari. “Ha ha ha . . . ” – Gaara. At that moment, everybody became silent, and looked at Gaara. “Is, is . . . he . . laughing?” – villager. Temari and Kankuro looked at their brother, confused out of their mind. “Since when do you laugh?” – Kankuro. “Yeah, you never laughed, . . . ever” -Temari. After hearing this Gaara laughing, and thought, “huh, oh, I- I guess I never had a reason to.” when he finished his thought, he looked at his siblings and thanked them. He then keeps going and leaves the Village in the care of the new Kazekage . . . (Keep on reading to find out.)

After several years of training (which is going to be a seperate blog in itself), Gaara returned to Suna, only to find it, not exactly the way he left it. Suna was assisting Konoha in the war. Gaara then found out that the woman he loves (again, keep reading) was at the front end of the battle. Without hesitation, he sped to the battlefield, to not only help Konoha, but to protect his beloved. With his new found strength, he arrived at an alarming speed, and quickly engaged in battle. With his assistance, the war ended faster then it would off. In a way, he alone was the calvary.

Upon his return to Suna he took back his role as Kazekage, ironically exactly the same time Naruto got appointed Hokage. With his new power, he easily defends Suna against any opposing threat. Especially now that he has so much more to defend, a family with his wife for instence.

Temari

One day, after arriving from her many trips to Konoha, Temari was called upon the Kazekage, Gaara, about something important for Suna. She wondered what it was, and went to the Kazekage mansion. When she got there she saw Gaara, finishing some paper work. “You called me, Gaara-sama.” Gaara smiled, “I already told you, your my sister, my older sister at that, you and Kankuro could just call me by my name.” “Sorry, I forget. So why was I called?” “Sit down, we have to talk.”

After many hours of descussion, Temari was given the news from Gaara, that she will now be Kazekage. “But Gaara, do you really think this is the right thing to do? Why me, why not Baki, or – and I can’t believe I’m saying this – Kankuro?” “Baki is not strong enough, and Kankuro, well, . . . you yourself can’t believe that.” “I know it’s alot to ask of you, and that it’s sudden, but . . . ” Gaara went on about how he can’t protect the village in his current state. “Anyway, the paperwork has been sent, so you really don’t have a choice.” “Was that the paperwork you were filling out when I came in?” Gaara nodded, “don’t try to stop it, it’s to late. Why do you think we talked for so long, until I finally told you? The paperwork, has been filed by now.” Gaara assured Temari that is was just a temporary thing, and left to train.

One of the first things Temari did, as Kazekage, was to organize the village and wait for Gaara at the entrance, to give him a good-bye worthy of a Kazekage. She was approched by Matsuri, who thought that Gaara was in there. She told her that, she is now Kazekage, and that Gaara is leaving the village for a while. Matsuri turned and ran to try to intercept Gaara. “Wonder what’s so important, that she couldn’t tell me? She’s a weird one.”

At the entrance of Suna, Temari, wearing the Kazekage robe, along with Kankuro said their goodbyes to Gaara, and saw her little brother dissapear into the sand. All around her she heard the chant of the people, screaming out her brothers name. “Gaara Gaara Gaara.” the people cheered. She has never been so proud of him, until that day. She was happy to see her little brother out grow her. Temari looked at the sky and thought, “you would of been so proud him too? wouldn’t you mom?”

In her days as Kazekage, Temari didn’t visit Konoha as much as she would like, do to her new priorities. But when she did, she was always escorted by non-other than Shikamaru, this of course led to them being involved. But they were to busy to persue their relationship. After the war against Konoha ended, Gaara came back and became Kazekage again. This led to Temari finally being able to spend time with her now boyfriend, Shikamaru.

After her marriage to Shikamaru, she decided to move with him to Konoha. And why wouldn’t she, like that she didn’t have to travel to the hot springs, and she pretty much knew Konoha like the back of her hand anyway. She mothered two offspring to Shikamaru. At times she had to play Shogi with Shikamaru, just to get him to do things around the house. She would get annoyed at Takigi, for spending alot of time in their home, but after spending alot of time with him, she started regarding him as family. Temari spend the rest of her days raising her family and spending quite time alone with her beloved Shikamaru.

Kankuro

After teh departure of Gaara, and before Suna’s inteference in the ‘Ambush of Konoha War’, Kankuro was trying to find new ways to inprove his puppets in battle. He spend most of his time locked up in his room, thinking of many different possibilities, when not helping the Suna Military that is, after all he is a General. In his time serving Suna in the Military, he remembered someone say something about the Third Kazekage, something that intriged him. It turned out, the Third had left behind several scrolls, in which he wrote down many things about his iron sand.

Kankuro made it his personal agenda, to get his hands on those scrolls. This might help him with his puppets.Temari, being Kazekage at the time, should have records of the previous Kazekages. He went to his sister Temari, for help in finding thess scrolls. After hours of searching, Temari found something, she told Kankuro that he can read them, but the scrolls can’t leave the room. Kankuro read for hours, days, nights, until he remembered everything he studied.

A couple of days later, he found out about some scrolls that Sasori himself had left hidden in the village. This also intriged Kankuro’s curiousity, and he started to look for those scrolls as well. It took him a couple of days, but eventually he found what he was looking for. Unlike the Third Kazekage’s scrolls, Kankuro could actually take these with him. And so, he did, this allowed him to read then whenever he needed.

With his new found knowledge, Kankuro started to design new puppets and the mechanics in them. He implemented his new methods on Karasu, and two of his newest puppets. He was also going to do the same on Kuroari, and Sanshouo, but was shortly interupted, by a sand jonin. “Kankuro-sama, Temari-sama needs to speak with you, immediately.”

When Kankuro arrived to the Kazekage office, he was instructed that Matsuri and him are to take teams of Chunin and Jonin to Konoha to help them with the war. Kankuro responded with, “Why should I risk my neck to help your ‘boyfriend’, besides they have Naruto.” Temari got upset at Kankuro’s remark, but before she can say anything, Matsuri stepped in and slapped Kankuro. “How can you say that, after what Konoha, and Naruto have done for us?”

The room was in shock at Matsuri’s actions, and stood quite. “Don’t forget who it was that saved Gaara-sama, not you that’s for sure. You were defeated by Sasori, and his poison. If it wasn’t for Sakura-chan, who I remind you is from Konoha, you would of died.” “Matsuri that’s enough!” ordered Temari, but Matsuri kept on. “You, out of all of us, have no right to object, you who owes Konoha more.” “Matsuri, I said that’s . . . . “, “No, it’s ok Temari,’ Kankuro interrupted. “She’s right. And I wasn’t objecting, it was sarcasm.” “Ofcourse I’m on board.” “U-um, . . . I apologize for my . . . ” – Matsuri. “No need, it just shows how important this is for you. I can respect that. Gaara is a lucky man.” Matsuri blushed, and turned away. To which everyone had no clue as to why Kankuro said that. “So, how soon can we leave, we’re just wating time here.”

After the end of the war, Kankuro continued to create new puppets, mechanics, traps, and all sort of things. His activities caught the eye of many Suna shinobi. Soon many shinobi asked Kankuro if they can help and together they started a new group, they called themselves, ‘Haiiro Sando*’. Soon after, Haiiro Sando was incharge of the Village defense, and cotinue to do under the leadership of Kankuro.

Matsuri:

After spending time with Gaara, and training with him for a long time. (fillers, I know, I know. Shut up, it fits with what I’m doing. lol.) Matsuri started to get a crush for her sensei, this can be seen when Gaara was revived. Soon her crush developed into something more. This caused her attitude to change, instead of being all open, and screaming out how wonderful Gaara was, like when she had the crush. She got more quite, and kept her feelings to herself.

People around town noticed this behgavior, but they just thought she grew out of it. You know, like how someone just has a silly crush on some one. But the truth was that, Matsuri had fallen madly in love with Gaara. She would protect his honor when someone would talk bad about him. She would be caught constently looking at the Kazekage Mansion, from her window. She would even dream of them being together, married and what not.

After a certain amount of time, Matsuri decided to tell Gaara how she felt. She stormed otu of her house and ran as fast as she could to the Kazekage Mansion, determined to confess her love to Gaara, who at the time was in a meeting with Temari. Matsuri finally got to the Mansion, but was to late Gaara was already packing his stuff. She stormed into the Kazekage office, “Gaara-sama, I have to talk to you, it’s very important!” Temari looked at Matsuri, confused out of her mind.

“I’m sorry Gaara isn’t here”, Temari clarified. “uh . . . um, sorry Temari-sama, do you know where he is, I have to talk to him. It’s very important.” Matsuri said looking at the floor in embarissement. Temari told her of the situation, and before she can explain about the farewell ceremony, Matsuri took off. “Oh no, I have to catch up to him before he leaves the village, or I’ll never forgive myself.”

Not knowing about the farewell ceremony, Matsuri thought that Gaara had left the village, and decided to go out and look for him. After doing so much running, and with the heat pouring down, Matsuri collapsed on the desert floor. Only to be found by non other thatn Gaara himself. He picked her up and made his way to Suna to drop her of, in the distance Gaara saw Kankuro, the last person to to stay behind after he left. As he grew closer to the village, Matsuri started to wake up.

As she started to open her eyes, she saw a blurry image of Gaara looking at her, “like an angel looking down from the heavens” she thought. Without thinking, her instincts kicked in and she laid a good one on Gaara, a kiss that is. Which Kankuro came to a surprise to Kankuro, but not as mush as Gaara. Then Matsuri said something that Gaara hadn’t heard in a long time. “I love you Gaara, please don’t go.” and with that she fell asleep, of exhaustion.

Gaara asked Kankuro to take her back to the village, to which Kankuro replied. “No problem lover boy.” Which irritaded Gaara, “Don’t worry, I won’t say anything. I’m keeping this funny moment all to myself.” Kankuro then got serious, “But you know, this isn’t exactly a bad thing, this could be good for you. It’ll probably make you more human.” “And maybe, just maybe, you’ll know what the meaning of ‘that’ kanji in your face really is.” Those words sinked inside of Gaara. “Well, see when you get back.”

Once Matsuri came back to the real world, she realized Kankuro was holding her, not Gaara. She quickly got to her feet. “Oh no, did I just fo what I think I did? I TOLD THE WRONG GUY HOW I FELT!!! AND WORST I KISSED THE WRONG BROTHER!!! AAAHAHHHHHH” “Shut it!!! and calm down, you didn’t do none of that stuff.” “Nani?” – Matsuri. “You told the right guy, and thank god, kissed the right brother. He knows, and I know. But don’t worry I’m not telling anyone.” “Thank you, Kankuro-sama.” “Not doing it for you” – Kankuro.

Time passed, and Maturi went up in rank, becoming a Jonin. As the war on Konoha was going on, Temari sent for her to gather a team together to go into Konoha, along with a team which would be leaded by Kankuro. She agreed, and took off to Konoha to assist in the battle. Her team was doing an alright job during the fight, until things started getting rough. A couple of her teammates were killed, and with her included, her team only had three members left. It looked like this was the end for her, all she could think about was, how she never had a to see her beloved Gaara, one last time.

Out of the blue, an enemies voice was heard. “Oh no, it’s Gaara of the Desert”, and was quickly eliminated. But not just him, his whole team was eliminated in a matter of seconds. “No one, threatens the life of my love ones, without consequence. ” This brought a tear to Matsuri’s eye. “Are you ok?” – Gaara. “Now I am, thank to you.” – Matsuri “I want to know what ‘love’ means. Are you willing to teach me?” – Gaara. “yes, I am” – Matsuri.

Soon after, Matsuri got married to Gaara. Together they had three kids, two boys and one girl. Sakyuu specialized in sand jutsus, like his father, Kairaishi was taught puppetry by his uncle, and the daughter, Areno, learned wind jutsu, and how to use weapons, from here aunt, and mother, respectivelly. Matsuri would later get the kanji symbol for life on right cheek, to complement Gaara’s love kanji. Like that, when they’re together, it will read, ‘Love Life’.

Baki:

Not important, he he. No but seriously, he’s just an advisor to Gaara, no more – no less.

Mission – Helping the Leaf:

Summary: Gaara is still Kazekage, and becomes an even bigger badass. Temari was a part-time Kazekage during the war, and now lives in Konoha with Shikamaru, to raise family. Kankuro started a new military team called the Gray Sand. Matsuri becomes Gaara’s wife, and really shows him what true love means.

Zep: Aw, it’s good to be home. Now I can finally take a n–.

*door knocks*

Zep: Now what?

*Zep opens door*

Konohamaru: Naruto-sama want to see you.

Zep: *sigh* Can’t a guy get a break.

*Later at Hokage Mansion*

Zep: NANI?!!?!? YOU WANT ME TO DO WHAT?!?!?

Naruto: I want you to write about the rest of Konoha. What’s wrong with that?

Zep: I just got home. Why can’t Chaos, DarkLurker, Guruku, White_Shinobi, or any one else in Team Shannaro do it?

Naruto: They are all busy, and by the way this is your project, so there is no one else, but you to do it.

Zep: Fine, but can I take a break first?

Naruto: Take as long as you need. Just make sure it has everyone you haven’t recorded yet. You are dismissed.

*Zep steps out*

Konohamaru: *smiles* So what he say?

Zep: This was your idea wasn’t it?

Konohamaru: *still smilling* hehe, yeah. sorry.

Zep: *smiles* Well, better get to work. See ya around Leafboy.
