Naruto Manga Chapter 402 – Addicted to Vengeance

This chapter confirmed what we feared would happen – Sasuke joins the dark side. Looking at the last survey “What path do you think Sasuke will followâ€, Sasuke turning on Konoha is something most of you didn’t expect or didn’t want to happen. Nevertheless, our little “war hawk†is going on the rampage again, this time going against his former friends and the rest of the Leaf village. Sasuke changes the name of his team from “Snake†to “Hawk†and appears to have developed his own pair of unique Mangekyou Sharingan eyes. My guess is that he may have the capability to develop his own Mangekyou Sharingan powers from now on – quite a scary thought seeing that he already has some of Itachi’s abilities.
Most of what I mentioned back in the chapter 393 blog post is being played out in this chapter, so I don’t feel like talking about it in detail again. Basically this chapter uses a collection of clips from chapters 220-223 to explain Itachi’s actions before his death in chapter 393. The key scene that was not shown originally in 393 is the one showing Itachi smiling and apologizing to Sasuke and telling him that “there won’t be a next time.â€
Really, I feel sorry for Sasuke. His life is just one twisted and cruel joke, but even though a lot of bad things had happened to him, it is still Sasuke himself who chooses what actions he will take. And so far, all he’s shown is that he’s addicted to vengeance. First his mission was to kill Itachi, but now he does a complete about face and wants to destroy Konoha. It can be argued that Sasuke was manipulated into these quests for revenge, but you also have to think about why Sasuke has been so easily provoked into these choices. The series has shown us that Sasuke is a highly intelligent and skilled shinobi, yet he continues to be controlled by others. I think this is because there is a great amount of hate inside Sasuke, and his way of venting all that anger and malice is through destruction; being manipulated by Madara is just an excuse to release his rage. Of course, Sasuke has a right to be angry – he just realized he wasted the better part of his young life trying to kill the one person in the world who cared for him the most. But for Sasuke to declare that he wants the “complete and utter destruction of Konoha†is a bit excessive, I think. After all, as far as we know, it was only Danzou and the other councillors who ordered Itachi to murder his own clan; and though it seemed cruel, it was to prevent an all-out civil war.
I really wished Sasuke would have thought this through before he made his declaration of war on Konoha. First of all, Sasuke’s tears near the end show that he understood and accepted what his brother had done for him. But his choice to honor Itachi’s actions by going after Konoha is completely backwards. Other than Sasuke, the other thing that Itachi wanted to protect the most in the world was the Leaf village. Yet, Sasuke is now going after the very thing which Itachi sacrificed everything to protect. Sasuke’s decision to destroy all of Konoha is way overkill, if there is one person that probably deserves to be killed in Konoha, it is probably Danzou. But I guess killing just one person will not be enough to satisfy someone who is addicted to vengeance.
Also, has Sasuke totally forgotten about Madara’s role in all this? Madara himself told Sasuke that he was the one who helped Itachi murder his entire clan. This makes Madara just as guilty as the Konoha leaders who ordered Itachi to carry out his gruesome mission. Madara also admitted that he is a person who Itachi wanted to keep away from Sasuke at all costs. But even after hearing all that from Madara himself, Sasuke still strangely chose to focus his hatred on Konoha. Is he just gonna accept Madara’s story and be manipulated yet again.
Sasuke is also turning into someone like Orochimaru, it’s ironic because Itachi pretty much sacrificed himself to extract Orochimaru’s essence from him. Sasuke had claimed that he only came to Orochimaru to obtain more power, but maybe he also shared similarities with Orochimaru as well. As things are, history will repeat itself in Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke like they occurred with the Sannins. I get the feeling that maybe this was something Itachi predicted could happen and did everything he could to prevent, but it seems he may have failed.

Nice summary Bob, Sasuke choice to destroy Konoha is a tough task for him and i know he knows it will not be easy so i think he will get Madara to training him how to use everything his MS will allow him to do and also train his team “Hawk” to be stronger before he just march right into Konoha. Just as he did when he wanted to kill Itachi he got stronger before he tried to really defeat him. But i think Sasuke is going to use Madara and Akatsuki and kill them when he don’t need them anymore especially Madar for his role in the masscare of his village.

That Declaration of War , from Sasuke against Konoha seems a wee bit over Sasuke’s actual potential….even though he’s an expert at Raiton and Katon, and summoning….. even with his new Mangekyo Sharingan, he couldn’t hope to defeat Konoha… putting Konoha in a State of General Chaos, yes, but obliterating it, no ….. Here is Where Madara fits in…. and Team Hawk, even though Karin is pretty much useless, without her tracking skills, she seems a little tough, at least like Sakura, Suigetsu is an excellend water user and sword wielder, pretty strong himself, and Juugo seems unstoppable with his berserk mode….. but in War you need to fight with your head, and this is what Juugo should learn…..
And i wonder if Sasuke gets to fight the Hokage….hmm…. it’d be pretty time wasting for him to fight someone like Kakashi, but seems credible, y’know, Mangekyo Sharingan vs Mangekyo Sharingan …. but i would rather see Sasuke fight Tsunade, ‘coz of her Senjuu Legacy,…… but it may end up Madara fighting Tsunade…..
and a turning point….. If Team Hawk manages to achieve their goal, what will be their purpose next? If Madara crowns himself leader of The New Konoha, Sasuke will see through Madara’s lies, will this be the ultimate fight…… damn…..
AND WHERE DOES NARUTO FIT IN ALL THESE?

well, that may have been what Pein and Madara were looking for from the start…..to create an unstoppable force
I’m guessing that the Suigetsu-Kisame fight went unresolved; it probably ended when lightning destroyed the base and the Amaterasu caught th forest of fire. Because if Suigetsu had beaten Kisame, he would have taken his Samehada.
Team Hawk is going to be tough to beat, especially if Madara recuits Pein to his side. In the next chapter, we can expect to see the reactions as team Konoha learns of Jiraiya’s death, and whatever Tsunade gleaned from the Pein body. The fate of Konoha now depends a lot upon whether Naruto can master “that” jutsu, the one his father left him the sealing scroll for.
And I think Sasuke’s mangekyou is actually an eternal Mangekyou sharingan- he developed his own from Itachi’s death, and Itachi (in a sense) transferred his eyes into Sasuke. I say this because this new eye is a six-pointed pattern like Madara’s EMS, not a three-pointed dojutsu like the normal Mangekyou.
i think it’s just a plain MS because aren’t the two eye patterns supposed to fuse together. but i would like to know if he has any new justu’s.
And just saying i would like to see a juugo/rock lee fight. i’m just ready to see another all out fight. and see some of the others potential.

Sasuke needs to take a chill pill. All his goals in life have been for revenge. He seriously needs to get over I’m going to kill everyone who is not with me. Konoha is is going to have more problems then ever. Now that Sasuke has set his goal to kill Konoha. Life just got tougher. Konoha had enough trouble protecting Naruto and dealing with the Akatsuki now they have the Team HAwk as well.
It seems that when the chips are down for Konoha, a powerful shinobi dies. Jiraiya would of been greatly needed if Konoha was attacked. Now that he is dead, a new shinobi must rise to the occassion and take his spot. My quess Kakashi will but he will die protecting Konoha from Sasuke. Someone from the new generation has to step it up and take charge. Neji is the most capable of doing but I think Naruto will be the one. Knowing Naruto he will pull off some amazing jutsu that we have never seen and we would all say Holy sh..t .
I also think think Yeam Hawk is not that powerful. Karin is a joke, Suig(liquid dude) is strong but can be beaten by a jonin.Jugi is a question mark. He has the power to be strong but he is easily subdued through genjutsu. Sasuke on the other hand will be a hand full. It will take Tsunade, Kakashi, GAi,some Anbu agents and Neji to deal with him. Madara will probably not fight but be a spectator and watch the destruction. I hope Kononha can stay together.
Thank God the next chapter will go back to Naruto cause it has been this gay-emo sasuke hogging about 10 chapters now.And why is he angry on konoha naruto was blame and someone spread rumors that he was the 9-tails fox. Who do you think spread the rumors.Maybe those idiot advisors and that danzou guy.
Your right Grand_Hokage sasuke EMS should be able to blow people up just by looking at them that would probally make sasuke stronger then a dbz character.

i dont think sasuke is stupid enough to jump to those conclusions but seeing his past and how he deals with things hes always looking for someone to blame and as we all know he chose konoha

yeah everybody knows sasuke is weak minded but i guess the bad guys were more convincing than naruto and sukura.But if he kills off any of my fav. characters he’s gonna be on my hate list.I like his Atomic Star of David Sharingan though!!!
Anyway i think madara is trying to kill two bird with one stone.While team eagle is causing trouble in kohona occupying all the jounin.akatsuki can swoop in and capture naruto.then they would have all the bijuu and would have wounded kohona causing another great war(like gukuru said some other time).
I wouldn’t be surprise if when Naruto is told who his father and the truth about what Konoha done to the Uchiha’s clan and Sasuke’s parents. And why did the 3rd hokage step down so Minato could be the 4th hokage? And why was the Kyuubi sealed inside someone of the Senju clan desendant?

I truly think this storyline is bigger than Akatsuki now. Some of my questions are. So was Minato jutsu only to stop Madara who had been in Konoha most likely the same time as Minato was the Hokage and the newly formed Akatsuki from collecting the tail beast to create a weapon huh? Why was it important to Itachi that Sasuke get MS and give him all his powers we all know by now Itachi thought everything out before hand?

lets say u have an older sister with an abusive boyfriend. her boyfriend beets her but she wont leave him because she loves him. one day her boyfriend tells her to kill her whole family for some odd reason. and she spares u. u think “wtf” and u hate her for what she did. then u find out the reason she did it (lets say it was a good reason) would u say “hmmm what she did was right” or would u turn against her boyfriend?

Everybody is entitled to their own opinion, I guess, herotom. I’ve never been a fan of anti-heros and Sasuke’s really just used to make this story more convoluted. I just think it’s kinda’ tiresome… And stereotypical.

Okay this is all getting too out of hand and fast first of all i get where Sasuke is coming from but i also think he is going crazy. But everyone has too admit he has the power to do it if Deidara or any other Akatsuki member can and since Sasuke has show he is as strong or maybe even stronger than them than he can do it.
But their is a couple of things getting in his way his common since first of all but mostly NARUTO, Kakashi, Sakura. Tsunade(Hokage and a Sannin and the granddaughter of the First Hokage) and all the other strong shinobi in the leaf they aren’t just going to let him no matter how mad Sasuke is.
I know a lot of peole think that Naruto is weak but I think he has gotten and stronger during the small time skip and not to mention the Kyuubi. but in a way i still fill sorry for Sasuke, I mean his whole life has been a lie he was lied to by his family when they were alive cause they didn’t tell him about the take over. Itachi lied to him his whole life and didn’t tell him he was good. The village lied to him and didn’t tell him they ordered the attack on his village. He is just all messed up and I’m Sorry.

Does anyone in here doesn’t think Naruto is going to have to kill Sasuke if Sasuke really goes through with it? I mean Sasuke is my favorite character after Naruto and i don’t want to see him even more evil but if he becomes even more crazy i think Naruto should put him out of his misery. Sasuke please come back to the good side. PLEASE you don’t have to come back to the village just be good.

DanC1110 i believe your right and thats my opinion.i believe it EMS and not MS. because fo the shape and based on what weve seen so far.when they showed madara and his brother after they first got their MS the pattern was small.but when madara went EMS his pattern was big.
and besides i dont think itachi would give sasuke MS when he would only suffer from the same side effects as him.so maybe itachi(he is a genius) figured out another way.that maybe the eye ball literally does not need to be extracted,but instead just its abilities be transfered to a new host.and he chose to execute this through(blood as bob hinted and madara mentioned,by saying this after sasuke did amaterasu”itachi did something to you at the end of the fight before he died”.prompting the forehead touch flash back) secrectly using blood.because im sure itachi took into consideration that sasuke would never take his eyes after he defeated him

Liked the chapter and the blog, probably liked it so much because I hate sasuke, such wasted talent. I want Naruto to throw him another beating like last time. (I think naruto would have won if he wasn’t so exhausted from the kyuubi last time they fought) And finally knock some sense into this kid.

ilooklikegaare47 you made a good point about naruto and sasuke.you say naruto might have won if he wasnt tired from using the kyuubis chakra for so long right ? but you have to take into consideration that,the fact that he had to use the kyuubis chakra in the first place means that at that point in time he was a weaker character! he used it for most of the fight and still lost.sasuke only used his curse seal when the kyuubi was controlling naruto for a lil bit
Tensai that is very true, I loved that fight so long ago but I just hate the fact that it’s the only way to gauge sasuke vs Naruto because of the sharingan, kyuubi, and cursed seal all being advantages instead of just good clean fun!
But I wouldn’t say weaker, just unrefined at the time compared to sasuke.

about all this of “murder of my family” and “the sacrifice that my brother had to do” i think is bullshit. if sasuke has the right to be mad ,what about naruto and all his story(i’m sure that y’all know his story).
and don’t feel that sorry for sasuke.if he was a so damn good genius he would have stayed in the village and have prooved that he was a genius shinobi.itachi grew in the same konoha and by the age of 13 he was an ANBU and mastered the MS. sasuke is a woos. sorry for my poor english.

i think that team “hawk” isn’t ready yet to destroy konoha. i think that sasuke will train under madara for a lill’ bit and then he will attack konoha.meanwhille, naruto will also become stronger and eventually he will fight on right foot with sasuke.

I didn’t read all the comments so i don’t know if this has been said or not, but I still think that Sasuke is good.
Think about it, Madara is too strong for Sasuke to defeat him by himself or even if he had all of team Hebi with him. His only chance to defeat Madara is to get him into Konoha where he will be forced to fight all the greats.
Of course there is the issue of Madara, being an incredibly smart shinobi, who would see through a plot like this. Sasuke might have the ability to trick his mind with his own MS, or something. Either that or Madara is just dumb.
But it just doesn’t make sense to me that Sasuke would turn on everything he once held dear and disobey his brothers best interests. Whatever he is doing though, I’m sure he has a cunnig plan and it wont be anything like we expect it to be.

So Sasuke could lure Madara into Konoha where he would have to fight the likes of tsunade, Kakashi Gai, Neji, The ANBU, etc.
but…. wouldn’t Madara’s Space/Time jutsu just make it easy for him to weasel out of the confrontation? …does Sasuke know about that?
….and yes….Madara is quite smart, he could see through this, unless Sasuke has looked for any breach into his plan….

Nice theories guys.I belive too that Sasuke wants to kill Danzo and the Elders but not destroy the whole Konoha.After hearing Madara’s story and what his brother did for their village i don’t think that he wants to destroy it.
Now the other members may cause various problems.Because lil Suigetsu is a bit blood thirsty and if Juugo goes curse seal then e got problems loads of problems.
About Madara.Yes it’s possible that Sasuke wants toget rid of him by let him in a “”trap”" fighting Tsunade or other Anbu or Jounins.But as you said Sasuke doesn’t know about timespace no jutsu >>void

I too pretty much stated much of my views from the scanlation blog……the next Great Ninja War now seems more than just a pipe dream. Susuke -san seems to be going way overboard with the obliteration of Konoha bit and going in the total opposite direction his brother seemed to want and sacrificed everything for.
as for who will be matched up with who for the next ninja war….hummm well it would seems to make sense that Sasuke fight the hokage seeing she has Senju blood like Choas said near the top of the comments but i don’t think he will. Sephiroth said it in the scanlation blog and i agree Tsunade is no push over. Emo-boy may have new MS but she won’t be a easy kill.
I already ranted enoung about Naruto seeming to be a non-entity in the series so far and how it seems that he’s taken a seat way back in the back of the theater of his own series but I believe Kishi has something great planned for Naruto…He better

its getting there it seems my prophecy has come, That’s it Sasuke a new villain, Naruto is still on the way for progress becoming 8th Hokage, Tsunade might die against Pein, Kakashi will be the 6th Hokage but he might be defeated also, next by 7th Hokage in which i prefer Yamato in that position. In his term it will occur new Elders, new councils of Jounin and New leader of ANBU. Yamato might loose his term and defeated by the right hand of Oruchimaru(Kabuto).
The Councils decided to place Naruto despite of choosing between 2 shinobi (Naruto and Neji), to place 8th Hokage according to a rule book of Hokage. A Hokage has a power to choose the next Hokage so he appointed Neji as Assistant Hokage or in our real world The Vice President. But Neji might die also against villain in which i prefer Uchiha Sasuke. As what i’ve mention in my blog 3 months ago i have many reasons why i choose them as Hokage in which i think Kishi is on my side.

Come look at Naruto he is nothing compared to Sasuke. he’ll roast and crispy when Sasuke is done with him. Kishi needs to make Naruto strong and faster. Basically all im saying is that in that scroll there better be something that can give Naruto some amazing strength and he can learn faster through his clone training technique. if not Naruto is actually pissed thats it. Now, Sasuke, you really f*cked things up this time. Although the ideas that people have brought up about Sasuke actually double crossing Madara is somewhat plausible, I think there are several factors that will prevent something like that from happening, regardless of Sasuke’s intentions.
For one, Madara is way too sneaky to fall for that sh*t. He has lived and lasted too long and he knows his craft very well. My man, Madara is always scheming. Which is why I think the Akatsuki are not done yet; remember, Madara still runs the show here, and I assume that someone as smart as Madara would want to keep the Akatsuki as an option. Not to mention, if Madara did abandon them, Pein can take over and run his own thing (which would not benefit Madara if the Akatsuki, under new management, has a new agenda different from his). So, don’t count Akatsuki just yet.
Another factor is Sasuke’s own team. Sure, the Karin chick will follow Sasuke anywhere, but Suigestu and Juugo… not sure about them. One is a straight up bad guy and the other one is too volatile, and both might have other agendas. They might split up or betray Sasuke if he does decide to go against his original plan and destroy Konoha and double cross Madara… just a thought.
I like your theory Shino. I too think Sasuke still has good intentions. I think he will probably try to kill two birds with one stone by bringing Madara to Konoha. Danzou, and Madara. Of course we have no clue just what it is Sasuke is planning, but I definitely don’t think he is being as easily manipulated as he is coming off as.
He could just be using Madara for his knowledge and training on the sharingan, until he makes his move, and turns on him.
Even though I think Sasuke will ultimately reveal good intentions, I don’t think he will reveal this for a long time. I think Kishi will keep trying to pile up evidence against this theory, making Sasuke do some pretty bad things, (but necessary things for the success of his plan) that make him seem more and more like a bad guy. Somewhat like Itachi himself.
Having Sasuke turn on the whole village would be too cliche’.
Like we said last chapter, and I have been saying for a while, Sasuke just hit a huge turning point in his life, and outlook on life. But because Kishi is a genius and would never be direct with his plans, he has Sasuke say something like “Crush Konoha.” But just like all of Kishi’s major plot lines and plot twists, he is going to blow are minds somewhere (probably far) down the line, and have every action Sasuke takes, tie into an unforeseen plan he has had to fool Madara this whole time. Then, like we always do, we’ll say “Damn Kishi, you did again”

i can’t really say very much that has not already been said… but, kishi i am somewhat disappointed in you. sasuke has taken WAYYY too much of a front seat in terms of his role in the story. Give Naruto some freaking love why don’t you! He’s the main character! With the progression of the story Naruto has been pushed alll the way to around supporting role status. He has even gotten even more annoying in fights, by screaming out everyone’s freaking move. Please don’t let me down kishi, I never liked sasuke and never liked itachi. Their final “fight” was BS. I’ve had enough of emo boy for a while, lets learn more about Naruto.

But something I just thought of is that a six point star is relly just two triangles. And in terms of the sharingan, with the 3 tomes in each eye, Sasuke’s MS could be more powerful because he has Itachi’s MS abilities implanted, giving him essentially 6 sharingan tomes in each eye… thus the 6 point star sharingan.

I don’t think Sasuke’s new sharingan has anything to do with the Star of David. The Star of David should be 2 overlapping triangles. Sasuke’s Sharingan looks more like 3 little eyes overlapping, intersecting on a single pupil. Just my observation.

All of this should have been expected saskue’s destiny was determined the moment he heard what madara had to say. Now he’s going to try to destr0y Konaha, but of course it’s going to be a very long time before that happens. While he trains for his ultimate battle Naruto and the rest of Konaha learns of Jarahia’s death and they have a huge seremony and everything seems to go back to normal. While Naruto continues his training he probably summons Ma and Pa toad and learns of the hermet mode and learns how Jariaha truly dies and dedicates his life to avenge him at all costs. Tsunade would assign all of the old genins to this mission to take out pein. When they do of course it is going to be a long and grueling battle (and maybe someone dies to make it more dramatic) but Naruto was the one to really take him out. When the genin ( now chunin in shuppuden except Naruto) get back to the village and Tsunade congratulates them all on the great achievement and since Naruto led and won the real fight and assigned him as the next hokage. Naruto (of course badly beaten up) is over whelmed and at some hokage passing ceremony (there is some sappy music playing ) Naruto is tear filled, and with he is about to accept the hokage title when a huge explosion happens somewhere in the village. Then Naruto and the rest of the gang runs over to check it out and of course it’s Saskue on a that huge snake Orochimaru summoned when all three Sanin fought and Naruto (being determined to change Saskue back to his old self) tries to talk him down and knowing Saskue he will refuse and so the other Chunin gets the rest of Saskue’s group while Naruto gets Saskue and they have a HUGE BATTLE ( much bigger than episodes 130-134) . Near the end of the battle where they are both at the end of there rope and nearly about to die they use the last of their energy to end it all. when they do Saskue and Naruto dies if not they both live but more than likely they both will die.

Now about the scroll i don’t know but i don’t think that Minato wanted his son to be Kyuubi like in order to become strong.Maybe he left the secret on how to control the Kyuubi and use his chakra for Naruto’s sake but not to transform to it.

um ive been wanting to say this for weeks now.but im sure we all guessed that sasuke might go to the dark side.but in chapter 400 when madara mentioned that itachi was a spy.it was at this time when sasuke said “Why,Why would Itach Betray Uchiha”.the way he said this by yelling made me begin to think.if Sasuke was in Itachis position that he would have been faithful to the Uchiha clan and contributed to the massacre.when i first saw that page… i kind of juped back in my seat,in surprise.

J-a-t: Madara’s EMS. Is it just me, or does Madara only have the EMS on one eye know. If you remember, Itachi said he’s just a shell of his former self. Maybe he covers his EMS with his mask?
balance is the key in stories like this, I think it was pretty obvious earlier on in the series that Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura were the successors to the Sannin.
Though I have trouble seeing how it’s all gonna work. I think a final battle between Naruto and Sasuke will have to play out again, but both will have lost what they had before, Kishi has already set part of it up by taking away Sasuke’s curse mark. I think Naruto will have to lose the Kyubbi, I don’t know how that is possible, but it makes sense.
I keep making the connection to the Harry Potter plot line which can then be connected to JC rising back from the dead. But I think this is a tried and true hero cycle. Though Kishi has a lot up his sleeves, I still feel the plot will unveil in a very true form.
But if and when Sasuke and Naruto meet for a final battle, they will meet as equals, meaning no Kyubii and no Curse Mark.
Though there are many other characters and plots in the story, I think the final battle is inevitable.
Do you guys think Sasuke is done with summoning snakes too, now that hes abandoned that name, and in his mind, that mind-set.
I bet in the heat of battle, Kishi will surprise us with Sasuke summoning a giant hawk, like the one my ultimate shinobi had. And it probably would be Madara who taught him to do it.

Tensai, I agree with the light and dark chakra. I love how they incorporated a ‘rock-paper-scissors’ theme into the chakras although it’s a common theme today (magic the gathering, pokemon cards, board games, role playing games). I just love it because it adds a new dimension to strategy, especially with the addition of light and dark.
In addition to more primary elements, I hope for more secondary elements too, such as Yamato’s wood jutsu. Maybe something along the lines of fire and earth = metal or lava; however the latter wouldn’t work since wood (water and earth) wouldn’t be good against lava. And although this would be very tough to do, I’d like to see tertiary elements, but I can’t think of one.
Or maybe if you map out the primary elements, an element would be better than the element to its right and weak against the element to its left, but if you do secondary elements , it would be weak to the secondary element to its right and strong against the secondary element to its left. I havent that through though.

It was mentioned that if Sasuke was trained by Jiraiya he could have been the destined child, I think the prophecy can be interpreted to mean that students of Jiraiya will be destined to either bring the ninja world peace or destruction. That seems to be the case and it makes sense because all prophecy can be interpreted in different ways thats why they are prophecies.
Hi well i know i get ignored anyway. But it could be said an Eagle is more powerful than a snake. WIth the qualities an Eagle has. Plus i imagine a Giant Eagle could take out a snake with not much trouble I believe. Further it would just be soo cool if they could do a combination of fire attacks.
Oh yeah the senju clan is definitley powerful and so is the 1st hokage according to Orochimaru the 1 st was able to bend bijjuu to his own will this is seen in manga chapter 291. so i think the 1st is really powerful

I have another theory, maybe it’s something that was not yet seen in the manga series, cause Itachi died and the technique he passed to Sasuke later manifested. So I think that It’s not one of the three Doujutsu that we’ve seen in itachi’s arsenal of eye techniques. Don’t you think so?

I think Saskue belives Mandara because he couldnt belive that Itachi would kill his clan and now Mandara has given him an excuse to stop blaming Itachi alone for the death of his clan. That being said, I also belive Mandara. I am sure that he is leaving something out, but I dont think he has lied to Saskue. It makes sense because other than the destruction of the Uchiha clan, which he was ordered to do, you never here of Itachi killing anyone, even as a member of Akatsuki. Altough one thing that I dont belive is that the 3ed Hokage would allow this to happen. Okay..couple of things.
1. How in the world do i do this avatar shiz?
2. I agree with the 6 tomo sharingan theory. Sasuke may not have the exact same abilities Itachi had with his MS, but maybe Sasuke’s new MS could possibly have far more devastating genjutsus?
3. Kishi needs to stop writing about emo kids for a few weeks. I’, gettin tired of seeing Oro-homos protegee act just like a complete meat-beater.
Maybe after naruto hears of J mans death. He’ll go see that elder toad that told Jariaya of the prophecy and learn more about himself and what type of person he truly is…..then mass shadow clone himself some bad ass jutsus?
