InoShikaCho – The Final Mission. . . . Prt 2.
Team 10

Surrounded by enemy fire, Team Shikamaru wasted no time to take action. After completing some hand signs, KJ (whom will be referred to Kei, from now on) announced, “Fuuton: Wind Gust Splitter” . With that the enemy was attacked with, what seamed like, razor-sharp wind blades. Most managed to evade the attack, but it was an illusion, this did make the fight some-what fair. Because it seperated the enemy, now there was a shinobi for each person.
Kei quickly got rid of his opponent with his ‘Forest Fire’ combo attack, this concisted of his genjutsu, “Illusion Field: All Around Trees” (which makes the enemy think their in a, well a field of trees). While the enemy is still under the effects of the genjutsu, he finished him off with “Katon: Fire Surround” , this made it look like the enemy was caught in a forest fire.
The rest of the team didn’t have difficulty eliminating their opposition, except for Takigi, who looked to be in a bit of trouble. Kei stepped in and defeated the enemy. “Thank you, Kei-sama” – Takigi. “No problem, but I can’t be watching your back Takigi.” “Understood” – Takigi. “I’m sorry, Kei-sama.”
Something came to Shikamaru about this Kei ‘guy’, something wasn’t right. “I thought Kakashi-sama said he primary used wind based attacks”, he thought to himself. He was going to disregard it, do to the fact that Jonin could have up to two different elemental types. But, Kakashi didn’t say anything about him being able to use Genjutsu. And why was Takigi so polite to ‘him’. Like if he knew this ‘person’.
After the defeat of their assailants, Team Shika went forth on their mission. With no further interuptions, Shikamaru continued his strategy for the battle ahead. Out of the 200 or so possible situations he came up with, he couldn’t decide which would get rid of Hidan, for good this time. That’s just the beginning of Shikamaru’s problems, he was still concern about Takigi, his connection with Kei, and how this mission would affect him.
Elsewhere:
Three enemy Jonin Shinobi, each holding sacks with Hidan’s body parts, are speedily reaching their destination. “Are we any close now” – Hidan’s head. “Almost there, Hidan-sama” – Hito*. “I can’t believe he’s talking, isn’t he decapitated?” – Hizoku*. “Well, he is immortal” – Sanzoku*.
Minutes later, the three shinobi arrive at a small base camp. They are greated by their Captain, whom was wearing a pitch black cloak. “Do you have the merchandise?” – Kyozoku. “Yes sir, he’s in the bags.” – Hito. “Well, what’s left of him” – Sanzoku. “Who you calling merchandise? Who’s this? Is that you Kyozoku?” – Hidan’s head. Kyokozu smirks. “Take him to the operation table at once.” – Kyozoku. “Hai” – all three. “I’ll go report to the ‘Clients’.” – Kyozoku. “Hidan should be back to his old self, by the time I return.” With that said, Kyozoku disappears in a cloud of smoke.

Team Shika:
“So what’s the plan, Shika?” – Takigi. “How do we kill an immortal?” – Kei. Choji and Ino stay quiet and look towards Shikamaru, awaiting a response. “Honestly, . . . I have no Idea” – Shikamaru. All team members are at shocked at the response. How could he not know, he’s Shikamaru. The smartest Shinobi of the leaf.
“I’m not worried, I’m sure you come up with something.” – Choji. Ino smiles at her husband and makes a comment of her own. “Yeah, don’t worry Shikamaru. We know that as long as we’re with you, this mission is going to be a success.” Takigi and KJ, nodded in agreement. Reassured and full of the confidence that his team have bestowed on him, Shikamaru responded with “Thanks, for your support.” Then he stopped, and looked at Kei.
“First thing is first, for this mission to succeed, we need to think about the mission, and put personal feelings aside” – Shikamaru said looking at his team. “That, especially means you” – Shikamaru pointing at a certain ‘young man’.
Enemy Camp:
“So is ‘he’ complete, again?” – Kyozoku, as soon as he returned. “Yes sir, operation complete” – medic. “Good, so there’s no need for you anymore.” With that said Kyozoku disposes of the medic team. “How you feeling?” – Kyozoku, revealing his face. “My Twin Brother.” “I’ve been better. What is the meaning of this?” – Hidan. “Why are you looking for me?” – Hidan, ready to strike his brother. “Did you forget? What will happen if I die?” – Kyozoku, reminds Hidan. “Yeah, I do, but at times I wish I didn’t.” “You still haven’t answered my question.”
“We are working” – Kyozoku. “Working? What do you mean?” – Hidan. “Isekigakure (Village Hidden in Ruins) has fallen, we are what is left.” “What does that place have to do with me, I left that place a long time ago.” – Hidan. “Why seek me out now?” Hidan’s interruption is rewarded with a swift kick to the chest. “If you let me finish, you’ll know!!” “Now, shut your mouth and listen!!”
Kyokozu continued with his story. “After the fall of our village, the survivors got together and started a mercenary group. We named it ‘Yozoku’, with father as leader. ” Hidan looked away. “Yozoku survived by doing jobs here and there. On a particular assignment, a few years back, father passed. This led to me being leader” “This is why we are here. We are being payed a great deal of money by the Daimyo of the Land of Lightning to eliminate the Land of Fire, or to be specific their primary defense, Konoha.”
“Seeing that you have experience with this Village, we were in need of your assistance.” “So here you are.” “What if I don’t feel like helping?” – Hidan. “Who said anything, about you having a choice? Your doing it and that’s that.” Hidan stares his brother intensely. “In any case, don’t you want revenge on who ever left you in that hole, to rot, for these many years?” – Kyozoku, encouraging his brother. “More than anything.” Hidan replies, with a diabolical smile. “I will never forget the face of that, that, that pony-tailed , BASTARD!!”
Shika Team:
“Why are you pointing me out?” – Kei, replies to his team leader. While everyone is confused, about what’s going on. “You could stop pretending, I know who you are.” “Your not the ‘man’ you disguise yourself to be. So just show us your true self.”
“NANI?!?!” – Choji and Ino. “W-what are you talking about, Shikamaru-sensei?” – Takigi. “You know exactly what I mean, this person is not the ‘man’ we all think ‘he’ is.” Choji and Ino looked at Kei, confused. “He’s right, there’s no point in pretending anymore. ‘Henge Release’.” -Kei as ‘he’ shows ‘his’ true self. “No Way!?” – Choji. “It’s you? It was you all along?” – Ino. Shikamaru just looks on.

I figure i got like 2 chapters left Pein is a Pain to Kill plus he’s go those 2 extra bodies that I introduce in pt 3 so Naruto has his hands full but so far he’s been doing good.
