MEET OUR NEW HOKAGE!
Lady Tsunade is without a doubt the most qualified for Hokage. She is the grand daughter of the First Hokage which entitles her for honor and respect. In addition, she is the student of the Third Hokage, who was nick named the Professor because he knew and perfected thousands of Ninja moves. During Tsunade’s lifetime she was crowned as one of the Legendary Sanin, for fighting and surviving during the war. Tsunade is without a doubt the most qualified for Hokage and our village is honored to have her lead our village.

Update on the Sand and Sound
During the Chuunin exams there was an internal threat from within our own country. The Hidden Village of Sand and Sound had initially teamed up for a coup over Konohagakure. This may have been what led to the code “red†for our village. However, is the Hidden Sand Village or the Sound village to blame? Let’s take a look at the background of the villages to understand what really happened.
Due to a decline in economic funds, the Sand Village’s budget was cut short, and there was a speculation that the Sand Village was going to be dissolved and have no aid from the Wind Country. Backed up into a corner, the Sand Village had no choice but to break their peace treaty and develop a surprise attack against Konoha. This was until after, their Fourth Kazekage had already been assassinated by the Evil S-Ranked Missing Nin, Orochimaru.
The Sound Village had only recently been formed and has a low infrastructure. The Sound Village was a small village that Orochimaru persuaded them into fighting and destroying Konoha promising them power and fortune. What the country did not know was that they were under a Sacrificial Protocol and whether the village survived or not was under no concern for Orochimaru. The Hidden Sound Village was discreetly ruled by Orochimaru; is now under strict surveillance from neighboring countries.
As for the Sand, the Fifth Hokage has officially made arrangements with the Sand Village and we are back to good terms with them. “There has been a new peace treaty established with the Village of Sand with Konoha. There are new terms that are now established so that our socio-economic powers will rise together!†says an enthusiastic Hokage.

NEW MEDICINES FOUND!
Nara Forest also known as the Deer Forest has been home to hundreds of plants and animals. Until recently there was little to no use for many of the plants and animals. However, the Fifth Hokage has found many new plants and animals that have potential uses for medicine and herbal supplements. She has already found cures to 7 different types of poisons and 14 related sicknesses. She has found faster and more effective medical treatments and is on the verge of finding more. Enclosed is a list of the different types of illnesses and or herbal supplements that the Godaime urges you to ask more information on if you know anyone that has previously held these illnesses.

Village Emergency Level: 9
The recent attack of the village from the 9 tailed fox has devistated the sanctity of our village. We have not seen a devastation of this magnitude, and it has really turned this village upside down. The Kyuubi attacked our village mercilessly, with a swing of it’s tail our trusted buildings collapsed, and trees were uprooted. It was through this terror that heroes were made and many of our village’s most trusted Ninja’s gave their lives to save the helpless townsfolk.
Heroism was everywhere during this time. For example, a brave Konoichi summoned a protective whirlpool wall of water that saved a family from a burning building. Another Ninja with his hand shielded 20 helpless injured civilians with a body-multiplying jutsu. During this time, there were countless heroic acts that we will never forget.
Also, our brave Hokage has given his life to seal away the threat of the Kyuubi and the village will honor him as one of the finest Hokages that ever lived. It is at this point in time that we must remember the will of the fire, and push forward to make this village even better than it was before the great devastation of the 9 tails. We are looking to rebuild, and concentrate all our forces into…

one of the things I would like to see is something like the “kohana investigate” things at the ends of each episode that tells facts about a specific topic or theme… another thing is mabey you could make up random info like about Ino seceretly dating Choji

I have no clue what Mart1 is talking about, this one is by far better, very awesome.
Not saying hes not going to, but why would the Hokage care if Ino was dating Choji. This is suppose to be documents, and classified files on current events of the village, specifically for the Hokage (i think), and I’d say Guruku is making it pretty damn interesting.

Well… if I were to follow the theme… Ino and Choji wouldn’t be alive at this point. If you notice each issue is supposed to be a different time frame. And we are going back in time right now… Notice the decrease in the # or Volumes?
Anyways… Those of you guys who want to be featured in something new… let me know. XD! new idea in the works!

I think these should come out peridoically in accordance to the current events of the show, really like the newspaper style.
Keep it up, but some sweet creative, maybe fictional stuff couls spice it up.

@ Guruku: I really like the “Update on the Sand and Soundâ€. But I have question: Oroshimaru persuaded the Sound Village?
I was under the impression that Oroshimaru created that Village in the Land of Rice, or in it´s border.

From what I understand… Orochimaru created the Sound village- yes.
He created it, but like running any country/Village… there will always be politics regarding how to use their resources. He needed to somehow dictate (or brainwash) them and persuade them that it is necessary to fight Konoha. That’s why I used that reference. Thanks for being critical. I hope that answered it! =D
