The Ultimate Shinobi

I am aware that somebody like this could never exist, because he would just kick too much ass for the series to be interesting, but if there was an “Ultimate Shinobi,” in the Naruto world, I wonder what he/she would be like. This is kind of like a previous blog about Narutations, but I’m going to try and make it a little more interesting. So, what would they act like, look like, and most importantly, what would their abilities be? I’m sure everybody would have their own version of what they think the “Ultimate Ninja” would be, so all I can do is give you my version. Well, here it goes:
While writing this, I realized that if I wanted a perfect ninja, all I would have to do is list all the bloodline limits in the series, but thats no fun. So I’m just going to limit my Ultimate Ninja to 3, which is pretty cheep enough but oh well ha ha.
- Abilities:
Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan-
Along with all three Mangekyou Sharingan techniques illustrated by Itachi; Amaterasu, Tsokuyomi, and Susanoo’, the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan would allow my ninja high eye perception, advanced genjutsu, control over the tailed beasts, and possibly advanced space/time ninjutsu like Tobi demonstrates.
2. 
Wood Element-
Along with Hashimara and Yamato, he would be able to combine the Earth and Water elements to control Wood. I believe this technique significantly increased the 1st’s power, and has proven by Yamato to have many uses. Clones, separating the forest itself, or building a wooden prison, this kekkei genkai is surely one of the most powerful in Naruto.
3. 
Shadow Possession-
If branches can’t bind the enemy, this surely will. Capable of locking an enemies body into whatever position he wants, the ultimate ninja would surely make use of this technique. The shadows can also be used as whip-like weapons for a quick offensive and defensive combination.
4. 
Cursed Seal-
Although I like the idea of a “Blessed Seal,” that brings out the light powers in somebody, there is no evidence of something ever existing, so I can not give it to my shinobi. The Cursed Seal is an extremely powerful boost that a ninja might need in tight situations, and because this guy is a mega-ninja, I’m sure he would master it as well, if not better than Sasuke himself.
5. 
Kyuubi-
I have said before that I would love to see what somebody with the Kyuubi was like with the Cursed Seal. This guy would surely be able to master the Kyuubi’s power (Ying and Yang), and the unlimited chakra is exactly what he would need to power all of his other awesome jutsus.
6. 
Lightning Rasengan-
I love the Chidori, and I love the Rasengan, as some of the most powerful jutsus in the Naruto universe. The Rasengan isn’t complete with out elemental fusion, the Odama Rasengan is too harmful to the user, and the Chidori is awesome with its variations, but as a single one shot blow, it isn’t devastating enough for some of the enemies in Naruto today. Therefore, I am proposing that if somebody like Sasuke learned Rasengan, and like Naruto added their natural element to it, it could be something different. I chose lightning because it is one of the most naturally devastating elements there is, and when combined with the spiraled nature of the Rasengan, it could create long distance jolts of lightning from the powerful core, which would be a good long range and close range final weapon.
- Equipment:
1. 
Shuriken Summoning Tattoo’s-
Clean skin is over rated when your the perfect weapon. This is the most efficient, most agile way of using shurikens, which have shown to be necessary in every Naruto battle.
2. 
Chokuto Sword-
I feel like its not over the top, yet still gets the job done. Sasuke said it cuts through nearly anything, and if my ninja can channel his elemental chakra properly, he, like Sasuke, could sharpen it even farther to be able to cut through anything. Even though he probably wouldn’t need to resort to it with all the other jutsus in his arsenal, I don’t think he would be complete without a weapon like this.
3. 
Summoning Contract (Giant Eagle) -
There have been summons of almost any animal out there, and I know they exist from the cover of the chapter with Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, and Kakashi riding them . This guy can handle himself on the land, but from the sky, there would be no stopping him. Also, this would prove for much faster mobility, even though that wouldn’t be necessary if his EMS allows him to teleport like Madara.
4. 
The First Hokage’s Neckless -
If for some reason, his Sharingan fails to control a bijuu, or he simply runs out of chakra, this is his way of handling things. Because he has the bloodline limit that the first hokage had, (wood elemental control), he also can use this necklace to control bijuus or jinchuurikis.
- Personality:
After trying to take, and intermingle all the best traits from all of the personalities in Naruto, I realized that there is no perfect personality. However, a suiting one for the kind of guy I am thinking of is somebody that doesn’t speak much, but when he does, they are wise words. He is compassionate for those he cares for, and knows when to do whats best for the mission, and when to do what is best for his friends. He is often serious, but is caught every now and then with a loving, playful side. He always analyzes the situation before just jumping into it, and is rarely caught off guard. The mere sight of him puts on-lookers in shock, and he is known from country to country.
-After writing that, I realized that my perfect shinobi acts a lot like a guy that we all know and love…
His title is “Erabareshi Mono” , which means “The Chosen One,” in Japanese, but nobody knows his real name. He is a missing-nin from Konoha, and feels it is his duty to bring peace and balance throughout the shinobi world.
Lol not an artist, just trying to show a general Idea of what he’d look like.
Well guys, in my opinion, that would be the Ultimate Shinobi, what about you?

Awesome Job SSJ. I agree with almost everything. I won’t have the cursed seal with the Kyuubi. You made just lose yourself with all this power. I would have something like the Mystic Palm like Kabuto or Tsunada or some wild Summoning Jutsu like Jiraiya
This is one interesting piece of work I like it alot i think its awesome to have an ultimate shinobi. but like you said the series could cope with such a character. Great blog again SSJ.

ssj sasuke i think your shinobi has a bloodline limat that steals bloodline limits because he has 3 bloodline limits
awesome! such an awesome blog, my ultimate ninja would be much less known, a hermit thats just spent all his time perfecting the technqiues he knows. i mean having all this inherited technique is cool but being able to make yourself the ultimate ninja through training, much more of a accomplishment.
no one shinobi would ever have the sharingan and mokuto, both requier to much training, Instead I think that the ultimate shinobi only needs five things 1. A crazy sword 2. control over multiple elements 3. clone jutsu of some form 4. summoning jutsu (doesn’t matter what kind just some really big back up) 5. taijutsu training that carries over into his ninjutsu (Ex. understaning which wepons are best formed from each element ex. earth staff, wind sword, water bullet, fire torch, and lightning rod.
personality would be confident and critical in a mocking way when teaching others and deadly serious in battle. He would have a belt of collected forhead protectors from his best opponents

LOOOL and Mart1 i like the idea about collected forhead protectors really original. But i agree with you here there is only an extent into which abilities could sustain eachother. On top of this i believe this person would have to be some sort of experiment in order to handle all this abilities
yamanato could steal saskue’s eye’s but thats unlikely, anyway if we learn anything from shikamaru it’s that skill beats jutsu most of the time, the US (ultimat shinobi) would need to be skilled with a few VERSITAL jutsu (Shikamaru is limited by his one attack) If the shinobi could plan and execute a skilled attck it’s much more effective than throwing chakra at the enemy like naruto does most of the time.

in fact you can control tailed beasts even with normal Sharingan ( 3 tomoes of course)
I thought Sasuke was only able to surpress the power of the nine tailed fox with the 3 tomoes on his sharingan. Also Itach said that the Mangekyou sharingan was the key to controlling the nine tailed fox
with the mangekyo you can controll the kyuubi better
But i dont really get that would that just mean that with the ordinary sharingan you would have problems with controlling it then what would be the point.

I do love the idea though but i think he’d be so bad ass he’d stop collecting after awhile cause he would be able to destroy entire villages all on his own so he’d have alot of forehead protectors.

No every man or ninja or whatever has a weakness, no matter what it would be just so hard to do so. In addition to that no matter how good you are there will always be someone better.

DL no I am not in Akatsuki (I’m much more evil). because people seem interested… My ultimate ninja would be a missing-nin, he would collect tropies from sparing/teaching the strongest ninja around because if he seriously hates anyone they are already dead. My ninja would wear a first-hokage-style armour with a red cloud ripped off of the akatsuki uniform, he would have a pole made of steal which he would channel elemental techniques through. the staff would transform depending on which element he was using. His belt would have over one hundred forhead protectors and would wrap around his waist and shoulders. He would have jeans made from the bottom part of one of Gai’s jumpsuits but died black. Will someone draw a picture (I’m not artistic) I would love this as my Avatar.
Oh, and mabey a cape (Dark red).
Great blog, but I would rethink the powers and the blood line traits. However, all in all naruto is a good enough character for me. He is not to complicated but keeps the audience on there toes. Thanks for the blog!
How could 1 omit the bloodline of both haku and kimimaru. i think the bone think is just wicked dance of the seedling fern has massive potential. Why is there so many “Last Of Their Kind” type ninja around…

I agree with most of what you said. funny you thought of a Lightning Rasengan, that’s a jutsu I’m going to give to Kakashi (Kashi for short), one of Naruto’s sons in my next series of blogs. After I finish 10yrs later, i’m going to start blogging about the NEXT GENERATION in my Zep-Naruverse.

Naruto is going to have the title of Clone Kage cause he’ll be using and army of clones with different elements to protect the village without having to leave his office. Hell he’ll even send entire squads at back with other Jounin and Chunin Squads.
He will perfect the shadow clone techniques but he’ll be the only one with enough chakra to do it properly. So it will still be a forbidden jutsu.
he needs only one longer ranged technique to balnce him out. I think naruto may also create a five-element rasengan
sweet a 5-element rasengan now that would be totally totally awesome.
first he needs a water release rasengan though (Long range cause you can throw it like a water balloon) and then a wind-water combo rasengan (Hurricane)
I tried to write a blog about the best techniques a ninja could have, the ultimate shinobi would use a few of these… 1. A throwable rasengan which is powered by chakra strings 2. Exploding clones 3. Water-lightning combo attack 4. Gentle fist style fighting that injects poison into the opponent 5. shadow possesion jutsu that also affects inanimate objects and causes them to move 6. wood element that causes a contact rash 7. Time/space ninjutsu that leads to a tropical paradise where time flows slower (For vacations to last longer) 8. Genjutsu that tells the brain to stop taking in oxygen 9. bugs that grow when absobing chakra 10. Puppy summoning jutsu that causes enemies to relax and the they get bitten while unprepared.

Administrative~ Awesome post, I love these type of activities. Almost like a Designing a Naruto MMORPG. However not sure which type of Ultimate Shinobi you mean. Essentially the argument of Ne (Root) vs Hokage on proper shinobis.

Personality/Character Dev: I will just specify diferent shinobi from Naruto and what I’d take from them.
Naruto- Stamina, Chakra/Jinchuriki, and Nindo
Shikamaru- IQ 200+
Neji/Itachi/Kakashi- Genius jutsu aptitude, Gentle fist, Speed
Shino- Self contol
Overall persona/behavior would be similar to Jet-Li’s Character the Monkey King from the Forbidden Kingdom movie.
Abilities/Techniques:
Jinchuriki- chakra and elemental fusion jutsus (the Yonbi)
Kekkei Genkai- An upgraded Rinnegan similar to theSharingan’s EMS (while we know that the Byakugan and Sharingan are lesser manifestations of the Rinnegan we don’t actually know what abilities it posseses.)
U-Rinnegan effects- Learn any jutsu and elemental chakra (known), see Tenketsu (unknown), Multiple Bodies (known… hehe, evil idea.) and anyother unkown abilities of the Rinnegan.
Puppet Mastery- Having noticed that the shinobi of Naruverse wear boots that expose toes and having seen the anime episode of sasori’s fight, I came up with a great idea. One chakra string per finger and toe. 20 strings/20 puppets. Combined with the Multiple Bodies of the Rinnegan ie 6 that Pein demonstrates, 120 strings/puppets. God forbid he uses Tajuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Multiple Shadow Clone Technique). (^_^)
Kuchiyose no jutsu- Pein demonstated multiple Summons augmented with his Rinnegan so not sure what to include. Definitely have a salt-summoning jutsu though…
Hidan’s Immortality- We know jinchuriki heal fatal wounds but now they won’t be fatal.
Equipment:
Weapon of Choice- a sword or staff, usually resorts to disarming his opponent (not actually removing their arm but removing the weapon) and fighting hand to hand. Accumulted an assortment of other weaponry over the years.

This was good, but all of these abilities in one person would be a little redundant or over kill.
What do you think would win? The combination of wind and earth a.k.a Gaara’s sand or earth and water a.k.a Mokuton (Yamato)? Would be a sick battle none the less.
loooool mart1 a wood element that causes rash hmmm, devious but i hate rashes they are disgusting. Yeah DL i agree with you Naruto will most probably perfect the shadow clone justu or actually take it to the next level. The best it actually be is if the clones actually were proper clones so wouldnt dissapear if they were hit. but im not sure if we will see that happen. But knowing Naruto he will come up with something amazing or powerful to do with the clones

I wonder if he won’t be even stronger if he also got The Second Hokage’s water ability. I am under the impression that nothing is destructive as water – As Sun Tzu said fire can be extinguished (well, he didn’t met Amaterasu) but a strong water’s current can not be controlled until the damage is done. And wind losses to fire, but not water.
Can u imagine a shinobi with a new eye technique that possesses: a) the Byakugan capacity to see at great distance, and to see the chakra (currents and points); plus b) the Sharingan ability to copy ninjuntu and taijutsu, and to unveil or execute gengutsu.
Someone with these eyes would be unbeatable; well unless -he or she- got brains like “the legendary stupid brothersâ€, and muscles like Ranmaru’s.
the 5-element rasengan would use wind as its center an use each finger for an element, each element would then be next to an element that powers it up ex. wind would be next to fire which would be next to earthand on the other side water next to lightning. the effect would be a perfect storm that throws molten earth (hend held or full scale size)
@Ilook… that’s the point, anyway you would only need 1 long range, 1 mid-range and 1 short range of these to become a kage. mine would be the first three of my list above and mabey number 8.
