Unsolved Mysteries: Naruto Style
Hey guys. This is Ikamuzu Oturan (now know as I.O. to make your lives easier) coming at you with a brand new series. i, I.O. , have decided to do a series of blogs covering the mysteries, secrets, and theories about the Naruworld we all live in. and there is MILLIONS of topics, so i have plenty to write about.
There has been one topic that has been bothering me (as well as others) for quite some time now. And that is the first topic of this series here. and ITS name is “Pein”.
i say “ITS” because, honestly, we don’t know who the hell Pein is. but lets start off with the best part of Unsolved Mysteries………..What we Know so far:
- Leader of Akatsuki (or is he???)
- God to all who dwell in Amegakure (rain village)
- Owner of the Rinnegan
- Creator of “the 6 Paths of Pain”
- Partner to Konan
- Very Powerful Ninja.
sad to say, that’s all we know (facts at least). now here is where it gets interesting. This is my favorite part. i will call this section………………Speculations:
- Six Paths of Pain
- All 6 bodies are those of whom J-sama has met.
- How does Pein know of these ppl?
- How does he posses their bodies now?
- Why Orange Hair and Piercings?
- Do their individual powers give any hints as to who Pein is?
- All 6 bodies are those of whom J-sama has met.
during the battle between J-sama and Pein, there are some key points i would like to point out:
- J-sama referring to to Pein as Nagato.
- too easy. of course he’d think that. i mean, Nagato was the only one that J-sama knew with the Rinnegan. so he would assume that Nagato would be the person. Only problem is, is that that kills the element of surprise and revelation. You know, that part in the scary movie where the little quite girl who was helping you the whole time was actually killing everyone that died during the movie, but you dont find out til you’re dead or in the end of the movie?? well yeah, kinda like that. since he automatically thought it was Nagato, and then made a big deal about who Pein is before dying, that leads me to believe that Nagato is definently out (or at least possesed by someone).
- The reference made to “being a God” by Pein
- Pein said, and i quote: “What i say and think becomes Law.”
- this leads me to bring up two possible suspects:

Madara Uchiha
very snobbish and stuck up, it just sounds like something he would do. and he was ordering Pein to hurry up and catch Naruto. Maybe, and this might be WAYYY TOO FAR FETCH for some, but maybe, just maybe, Madara was able to take over (or control) Nagato with the Sharigan (i know Ridiculous Right??? but hey, just thought i’d throw that out there!)
Rokudou Sennin
Now this one just fits to me. I mean, isnt it just a little weird that Nagato would gain all this knowledge of the Rinnegan without anyone knowing what the hell its powers are? i think that the eyes have taken ahold of its owner. I think that Nagato has awaken the Rinnegan, and so the original owner (the Sage of the 6 Paths) has also awaken. it make sense (if is the Sage) that he would say what he says and thinks becomes law, because face it……..He made the friggen shinobi world!!! and Sennin literally means “immortal person”. but Kishimoto is one to surprise, so i’ll just leave the cliff-hangers to him.
now just thinking outside the box (i mean wayyyyy outside!! so far, you dont even think there’s a box) here are some other names i thought of:
Yondaime:
wouldn’t it be awesome if the guy was actually alive and evil?? i dunno, i just thought of that one dude with the glasses in Bleach when i came up with this idea.
Ichigo Kurosaki:
hahahahaha…….can you blame me?? i mean come on…..orange hair?? hahahahahahaha…………….so unless Kushina wants to kill her son, he was the only other person i could think of………………wait a minute……………..KUSHINA!!!! she has orange hair. she knows of J-sama’s book so know’s who he met and what powers they have, and we never really heard about her. gosh, i hate this. someone just tell me why it cant be her. i just need some logic, cause right now i aint got none.
but yeah, thats all i have. so what do folks think? let me know.

here’s a thought…
if the Mangekou has the power to make the person go a little crazy like Madara did (although he did a lot of crazy things to get it), then maybe IO is right about the Rinnengan taking back over Nagato. But he did have his sentimental remark at the end of the battle about his sensi not knowing his secret and that’s the only way he won.
It must either be Nagato or Yahiko… and I think it’s Yahiko… maybe he stole Nagato’s eyes and they’re locked in the rinnengan state kinda like Kakashi’s sharingan.
Doesn’t seem odd that when the Sannin passed the orphans the first time you would think Orochimaru would notice it if Nagato’s eyes were different. And there isn’t any other eye technique besides the EMS that stays on all the time…
Anyway… I agree that it can’t be Nagato so it must be Yahiko and maybe they are influenced by the sage of the 6 paths.

Isn’t the EMS not eternal?? That scene we saw in the manga where Tobi/Madara was on his statue at the valley of the end or was it the one where he’s talking to Pein and Konan and saying “The power of sharingan” and whatnot. Didn’t it show him with regular sharingan??

heres what I’ve been thinking when i think of pein. i think its Dependant on who hes fighting. If the next person pein is fighting if kakashi lets say, the 6 bodies are going to be people kakashi has defeated (like the rock ninja in gaiden, or sound ninja or something). Then were gunna find out the rinnegan can probe your memories and turn his 6 bodies into your foes. so many there like robots with no particular abilities until pein gives them your memory’s, idk lol
there’s mistakes in this post I didn’t even notice……Can’t wait to see what you do with it when you fix whatever is wrong with it

i was definitely a bleach fan first.. i actually never liked naruto cause all the scenes i saw were terrible and i had a bad first impression. but i was surfing the net one time and i saw the scene where Gamabunta stabbed Manda in the face and i was like “lol wtf is this crazyness” so i started to watch the anime and the rest is history =)

Come to think of it take a took at the Rokudou Sennin and Madara. Madara when standing next to the 1st Hokage in CHAPTER 386 – My New Light look a lot like Rokudou Sennin.
