Episode 023: Genin Takedown! All Nine Rookies Face Off!

Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura enter the examination room for the Chunin exams and are surprised to find many many shinobis from Konoha and other villages who are also participating. They meet up with friends from Team Asuma and Team Kurenai. A Leaf Genin named Kabuto greets them because he has taken the Chunin exam before and gives them the heads up about their competition. A group of Sound ninja are insulted when they hear Kabuto say their village was insignificant; they attack Kabuto and knock him to his knees with their sound attacks. Before things could get worse, the examiners arrive in the room led by the head examiner, Morino Ibiki.
