This was a “meh” episode. Last episode had some pretty funny moments (ie. the encounters with Hinata and Shino) so I was kind of expecting some more this ep, but couldn’t really find one. The episode got more political due to Shizune going behind Tsunade’s back and consulting the Konoha elders about prohibiting Naruto from dangerous missions. It also introduces Danzo’s plan to have one of his subordinates (Sai) to join Team Kakashi, and Tsunade is already suspicious of Danzo’s ulterior motives. Tsunade is …
