Hey, who said my site isn’t educational?!
Today I bring you a lesson in Japanese kanji brought to you by our resident expert, E.R.Nefarious (be sure to bombard her with all your kanji questions). She has kindly provided us with this cheat sheet of kanji characters, including those for all five chakra elements. So go memorize them, write them all over your arms, carve them into the walls, and impress your friends!!

Okay. Since Bob seems to think that I know a lot about kanji, I’ll throw in some of the few facts I actually know.
Simple kanji designs are actually pictographs, meaning their meaning is visible throught their features or something they resemble. Like heaven is a path leading up to the sky, or clouds. Light is also similar; being a picture of the horizon with light coming up.
Other kanji are a bit more difficult and some honestly don’t look like their meaning; the best example of the lack of similarities is the kanji for “love” or “useless”.
intresting
