Naruto Shippuuden Episode 27 – The Dream that Could not be Fulfilled
[poll=13]

The conclusion of the battle against Sasori. This episode has almost no action, but I guess we need a dialogue heavy episode after all that action from episode 26. Sasori stabs Sakura and then attempts to kill Chiyo, but becomes careless in the end and falls into Chiyo’s trap. Suitably, the final blows to Sasori are delivered from the puppets of his parents. However, afterwards Chiyo tells Sakura that Sasori had seen through her trap but did nothing to avoid it. So why did Sasori willingly let himself be killed when he was arrogant and showed no remorse to the very end? This has been bothering me since the manga chapter because it seems to contradict Sasori’s character and all his actions so far. Anyone have an opinion on this?
We also get to see a bit more in the flashbacks to Sasori’s past, but nothing really new was added. What I really wanted to know about is the time when Sasori left the Sand Villages, specifically how he defeated the Third Kazekage and turned him into a human puppet. It’s kinda sad to see Sasori being offed like this so early in the series. In my opinion, he is one of the cooler characters in Akatsuki. It would have been cool if he had fought Naruto. Sasori with his 100 puppets and Naruto with 100 shadow clones – now that would have been an awesome battle to see animated.

The opening and endings are still showing more recycled movie clips, there was not enough new stuff to warrant me making my own youtube clips. It’s like they’re teasing us because they know we (ppl on the other side of the Pacific) won’t be able to see this movie for quite some time; well, at least until the DVDs come out and a fansub group gets their hands on it
One scene that did interest me was this one showing Sakura and Lee fighting together against the bad guys using taijutsu. I love these battle royale action scenes. And I bet Lee’s pretty happy too to be fighting next to Sakura

Kakashi unveils his version of the Mangekyou Sharingan at the end of the episode. But we probably won’t see him use it next episode because it’s gonna cover Gai, Lee, Neji and Tenten’s individual battles. It’s gonna be more filler stuff; I just hope they didn’t blow the budget on Sakura’s fight scene.

Seriously, if Sasuke had stayed, he could have learned Mangekyou Sharingan from Kakashi who obviously didn’t kill anyone to get it. Sasuke is such a bum.
ah yes but he would not have learned his serpent summoning jutsus
okay, which would you pick?
1. hang out with Kakashi in Konoha
2. spend two years in a dark cave with a pale faced snake lover who has a thing for collecting young boys.
gah! I hate broken avatars.
silentshinobi, send whatever avatar you want to use to me at: admin(at)narutohurricane.com
and I’ll host it on the site and give you a working link you can use, k?
So my opinion on the Sasori letting himself get caught in Chiyo’s trap was the fact that before he was stabbed by his mother and father puppets there was the little flash back thing to when he 1st created them and had them hugging him. Well remember he said that he wasn’t a complete puppet because he was still partly human. I think the small human part (heart maybe?) made him pause because of the puppets that were attacking him, what do you guys think?
Sasori shouldn’t hav died… he was the bomb. Just like people were disappointed with gaara’s death.. that’s is the feeling for me when the great Sasori died
i am supise how stong sakua ha become
