Naruto Hurricane Episode 19 – The Trap is Sprung! Team Gai’s Enemies
It seems like forever, but at last episode 19 aired. The show has had a drought in terms of action sequences lately, but finally we get to see some battles in this episode. In the manga, the fight between Team Gai and their individual clones was all but skipped over and only the aftermath of the battle was shown. However, the anime producers have, in a very smart move, decided to animate this missing scene. Although this was just a minor
skirmish, I thought the animators handled it very well. The action was fast paced but flowed continuously; I especially enjoyed Tenten’s battle with her double and the insane amount of weapons that were flung around. Hopefully, they’ll continue this battle in the next episode(s) and let us see how each member of Team Gai was able to defeat their own double.
Here’s a thought I had about the removal of the five seals to the Akatsuki cave. Why couldn’t they have just used shadow clones instead of having the entire Team Gai go? I mean, Naruto’s an expert at it and Neji could’ve just guided Naruto’s clones through the
wireless radios right? Out of the eight of them there, nobody thought of this (even Kakashi)? Plot hole, anyone?
Episode 19 did deliver us a new ending theme, but the opening did not change. The ending shows us what Naruto would be if it was a high school drama manga. So, in one and a half minute: new rebel student (Naruto) transfers to school, confronts and beats up the local school gang, shocks the other students and gains a rival (Sasuke), gets disciplined (slapped by Sakura) next time he tries to start a fight, makes some friends
(Lee, Neji, etc.) but then turns back to being a delinquent, girl with crush (Hinata) gives him love letter, gang he had beat up earlier challenges him and takes the girls hostage (Hinata and Sakura) so he can’t fight back, but his rival and friends come and beat up the gang for him, rival (Sasuke) offers hand to him in friendship and he accepts, next scene: dramatic pose on a riverbank staring at the sun (warning: don’t stare directly at the sun, kids!), for some reason slapping girl (Sakura) cuts off her long hair and throws it at everybody as they leave.
Now, the main event of next episode is of course the start of Sakura and Chiyo’s nail-biting battle against Sasori. But the real cliffhanger is whether or not there will be an episode next week.

I thought shadow clones were originally designed for espionage missions deep into enemy territory. They wouldn’t be too useful if they couldn’t even last a couple hundred meters away from the original.

yeah, but i wonder how long it’s gonna be until we get to see the whole thing in the anime.
wait their is another method that they could use. that method is, kakashi should summon the nin dogs and should have them remove the five seals
true. so there was really no need to send an entire four man squad to remove the seals
you mean the nin dogs can sniff it out
next episode can it be atlease a one hour special. they delayed the episode to many times
this episode was pretty boring and the only good part in this episode was neji battling out with his clone BUT it wasnt good as when neji was battling at the 2nd part of the joinin exam against hinata with massive chakra releasing from their pum
i bet that if neji went against sasori, he probably can take him. the episode i want to see are episode where they stick to one fight and not fucasing on others fight like the one with naruto vs sasuke or gaara vs lee. i cant wait until they get to those episode where i can get to see some real action

the naruto high school manga sounds interesting, it should be turn into a oav or into a movie then i would go watch it even if it kills me

ok i been trying to find info on the 4th movie and all i found out was the main character of the new naruto movie. the main characters of the movie are NARUTO, SAKURA, NEJI, ROCK LEE and CHOJI

They’re doing about 1 chapter an episode right now. Sasuke shows up on chapter 300 (55 chapters into part2)… so it could take around 50 episodes for him to show up
