466 - The Great Battle in the Sealed Room
The Mizukage is ready to begin a full assault against Sasuke
and asks the Tsuchikage to leave if he is not going to help.
She uses another Acid Element justu called yokai no jutsu (melting
ghost technique) and sprays a blanket of acid into the air.
Karin leaps out of the way as Sasuke uses his Susanoo to
block. The fumes from the
acid prevent Sasuke from reacting in time when Chojiro attacks him with
the released state of his sword Hirame Karei (release plaice) which
transforms into a large chakra hammer and knocks Sasuke through the
wall into an adjacent hallway.
Sasuke’s tries to recover, but every cell in his body seems
to ache; he ponders how much pain he must endure when he has perfected
the technique and what Itachi must have had to endure. The
Mizukage chases after Sasuke and seals the corridor they are in with
her acid. 
She reveals that she can use three different elements: earth, water and
fire, so actually has two kekkei genkai abilities. She then activates
Futton Komu no Jutsu (Boiling Element: Great Mist Technique) and
releases acidic mist into the air. Upon contact with Sasuke’s
Susanno, it immediately begins to melt. Sasuke desperately
tries to summon the full power of his Susanoo again but he has
over-exerted himself and fails.
The Mizukage shows no sympathy and continues her attack. But
just as the mist begins to eat at Sasuke himself, clusters of an
organic substance begin growing over Mizukage’s body and everyone else
save Sasuke and Karin. Zetsu’s time delayed Houshi no Jutsu
(spore
technique) has activated. The spores begin to envelop the body of the
victim and then start to drain away their chakra. One of
Zetsu’s spore clones separates from the Mizukage, attaches itself to
Sasuke and begins transferring chakra to him.
With his chakra slightly replenished, Sasuke uses his
Susanoo to break out of the sealed corridor and back into the meeting
room. The Mizukage has no choice but to deactivate her acid mist or
everyone in the room will be affected. Seeing that the
Mizukage is having trouble dealing with Sasuke, the Tsuchikage decides
to lend a hand. His guard Akatsuchi release a rock golem and
the Tsuchikage uses Doton: Kajugan no Jutsu (Earth Element: Increasing
Rock Mass Technique) to remove the spores from themselves.
The Tsuchikage approaches the exhausted Sasuke and uses Jinton:
Genkaihakuri no Jutsu (Dust Element: Tearing World Technique) to create
a massive cube to crush him. Karin believes Sasuke to be
truly dead as she can no longer sense his chakra. Gaara and
the others rush back to the meeting room and help remove the spores
from everyone. The Raikage complains about not having to
chance to kill Sasuke himself, when Madara appears out of nowhere
carrying Sasuke’s unconscious body. He reveals his name to
everyone in the room and asks for them to listen to his goal: the “Moon’s
Eye Plan.”
