411 - Eight Tails versus Sasuke
Sasuke calmly approaches the eight-tails
Jinchuuriki. Jugo is still shaken from the beating he
received, and the Jinchuuriki continues to taunt him for it.
Suigetsu realizes now that although their opponent doesn’t
seem serious, he is in fact very deadly.
As Sasuke gets closer, the Jinchuuriki asks why they are
after him, but Sasuke responds that there is no need to tell him
that. Suigetsu complains about having been sent by Akatsuki
to deal with some weirdo, but Sasuke tells him that they’re
doing this only to gain power more quickly, and gives everyone the
choice to leave if they don’t like it. He reminds
everyone that it is they who are using Akatsuki and not the other way
around. Sasuke reveals his sword from beneath his long
sleeves.
Suigetsu and Karen tell Sasuke to hurry up and shut their
opponent up already because he can’t rap at all.
The Jinchuuriki’s ear perks up when he hears this; it appears
to be a sensitive topic for him. Sasuke leaps forward to
deliver an overhead strike with his sword. The Jinchuuriki
raises Suigetsu’s enormous blade to block, sending Sasuke
backwards with the recoil. He quickly performs a side sweep
as Sasuke lands, but
Sasuke is able to block it. Sasuke vaults himself on top of
the large blade and sticks his own sword into the hole at the tip of
the blade. He then thrusts himself forward to deliver a hard
kick into the
Jinchuuriki’s chest.
The Jinchuuriki pauses for a second, then drops
his sword and starts scribbling on a paper pad. Sasuke uses
this time to heave Suigetsu’s sword back to him.
The Jinchuuriki finishes writing and thanks Sasuke for giving him the
idea for a good
rhyme during his last attack. He promises to repay him and throws all
his swords into the air. Suigetsu shouts a warning to Sasuke
about the Jinchuuriki being abnormally skilled with swords.
As the swords land, the Jinchuuriki catches them all with
various parts of his body and performs an odd pose. He then
makes a rapid roll towards Sasuke with his blades slashing everything
in their path. Sasuke can barely keep up even with his
Sharingan. The Jinchuuriki then surprises Sasuke with a short
hand flip which puts him in the perfect position to thrust three of his
swords at Sasuke. Sauske cannot fully dodge, he receives a
cut to his cheek and is sent flying backwards. Suigetsu
comments that the movements of the Jinchuuriki’s swords are
strange and can’t be read at all.
Sasuke decides to bring the fight to next level and
activates his Chidori. He channels it through his sword and
makes another charge. But to his surprise, the Jinchuuriki
blocks his Chidori blade with his own sword - he can also conduct
chakra through his weapons. It is now the
Jinchuuriki’s turn to attack. He tells Sasuke that
he dances like a butterfly but stings like a bee. With that
he thrusts six of his swords into Sasuke’s body.
