MenuCHAPTER 364 - The Target 
It is pouring rain outside. Itachi and Kisame take shelter
under a large rocky outcrop. Kisame comments that it’s
strange to be raining so much this time of the year. Itachi
remains silent and walks out into the downpour. He stops and
looks upward without saying a word. Kisame tells Itachi that he
doesn’t understand what he is doing, but the rain appears to make
Itachi look like he is crying. Kisame comments that it’s a
strange sight considering how ruthless Itachi normally is. He
tells Itachi that it’s a shame Sasuke died  because
now he is the only member of the Uchiha clan left. The rain
suddenly begins to clear and Itachi turns to his partner and says that
Sasuke is not dead.
To allow Sasuke time to rest, the members of Team Hebi have
taken shelter in a youth hostel. Despite his injuries, Sasuke
asks if anyone got any leads on Itachi. Karin has nothing and
Suigetsu says that he has heard information on Akatsuki but nothing on
individual members. However Jugo, who is sitting with a small
bird on his shoulder, replies that the animals have told him that  Akatsuki operate out of several different bases. The animals feel strange and unpleasant chakra auras from those places.
Suigetsu laughs and says he never would have guessed that
‘stupid animals’ could sense chakra, but then adds that it
makes sense since Karin can do it too. Angered, Karin rushes over
and pops Suigetsu’s head like a water balloon with a swift
kick. She tells Suigetsu she is tired of him mouthing her off and
continues beating him up. Jugo suddenly goes silent and his body
begins the tremble. Everyone is alerted when Jugo’s Cursed
Seal begins to  activate.
Suigetsu and Karin stop their fighting and run to restrain Jugo.
Sasuke activates his Sharingan and uses it on Jugo while telling him to
settle down. Jugo’s Cursed Seal immediately begins to
recede until it is completely gone. He falls to the floor panting
and apologizes. Everyone looks over to Sasuke and notice that he
has fallen asleep. Naruto and his team rush to the site of the giant crater. The other members of the Konoha eight-man team are already present. Sakura tells him that Sauske was right here moments ago because the dogs have been 
tracking his scent. Kiba elaborates that the scent of other
people are also present. One of the nin dogs with Sakura
says he recognizes one of the smells as belonging to one he
smelled back in town. It is clear that Sasuke is traveling with
companions and Sakura had passed by one of them in town. Kakashi
adds that two of the scents belong to Akatsuki, but the remaining ones
are probably part of Sasuke’s team. Naruto wants to start
tracking
Sasuke immediately, but Kakshi tells him the trail goes cold
here. Yamato explains that the scent trail could have been
destroyed by the explosion, but it could also mean Sasuke used
space-time ninjutsu to teleport himself elsewhere. Kiba forms a
hand seal and concentrates. He then informs the others that
Sasuke likely teleported away but he has found him again. It
seems that Kiba’s tracking skills have improved over  the years to the point where they have become better than a nin dog’s. At the undisclosed city, the mysterious figure explains to Pein more about his target, Naruto Uzumaki. He tells Pein it won’t be an easy task to capture him since Naruto has gained some formidable jutsus and has even managed to kill two of Kakuzu’s hearts in one attack. Pein’s female partner says that here is no need to describe Naruto so dangerously since Pein has never lost a battle before. The mysterious figure tells Pein to inform the remaining members to capture their assigned Jinchuurikis quickly. He puts on his Akatsuki cloak and says that soon their goals will be reached and everything will be as it should be. He steps out into the balcony as a sudden thunderstorm begins. A flash of lightning illuminates behind the figure, revealing it to be that of Tobi. He refers to himself as Madara Uchiha and says that the Sharingan’s true power will soon be unleashed. Another flash of lightning reveals a single Sharingan eye staring out from the hole in Tobi’s mask. After Tobi vanishes from the balcony, Pein’s partner comments that the sky is crying again.
