MenuCHAPTER 357 - Deidara vs. Sasuke  Kabuto admits
that Sasuke did kill
Orochimaru. However, Kabuto has implanted a small part of
Orochimaru into himself and little by little it is taking over his
body. Kabuto pulls back his sleeve to show that his entire
left arm has already been
completely taken over and is covered with
snake scales. Hinata uses her Byakugan and sees that thirty
percent of Kabuto’s body has already been taken over by the
Orochimaru part. Kabuto reveals that he has been desperately
resisting the advancement of Orochimaru’s cells, but he is
confident his own existence will surpass Orochimaru’s.Naruto isn’t impressed and tells Kabuto he can do all that inside a Konoha jail cell.  Naruto charges
Kabuto and engages in hand to hand fighting. Yamato dashes
behind Kabuto and uses his wooden tendrils to bind him.
Naruto thinks they got him, but Hinata warns them to look
behind. Kabuto used his incredible speed to slip out of his
cloak unnoticed; already the fusion with Orochimaru’s cells
have enhanced his abilities. He tells Naruto that he will
fight him again once he has complete control over
Orochimaru’s powers. Before vanishing, Kabuto
reveals that he plans to defeat Sasuke first for killing Orochimaru.Deidara and Tobi stare at Sasuke across an  open
field. Deidara believes that Sasuke was only able to defeat
Orochimaru because of his Uchiha heritage, namely the
Sharingan. He wants to teach Sasuke that he is nothing
without those eyes. But before Deidara can act, Sasuke
already has made the first move and uses the body flicker technique to
appear right next to him. Deidara manages to leap up into the
trees, but Tobi doesn’t react in time and takes the slash
from Sasuke’s sword. As Tobi falls to the ground,
Sasuke calls out to Deidara to tell him what he knows about Itachi. To Sasuke’s
surprise, Tobi rises up
from the ground apparently uninjured from his attack. Deidara
yells at Tobi to get his act together, but Tobi complains that
it’s no use because Sasuke’s body flicker is too
fast. Deidara sinks both hands into his clay pouches, to keep
up with Sasuke’s movements he decides to switch to C-1 level
chakra. He produces a handful of small insect shaped clay
bombs and tells Tobi to get back before scattering them down towards
Sasuke. Sasuke generates his Chidori in one hand and then
flings them out as multiple projectiles, nailing every one of the clay
bombs. A few of them land near Tobi and he calls to Deidara
not to explode them. Deidara loses track of Sasuke but  is
warned by Tobi that he is coming from above. But there is not
enough time left, so Deidara is forced to take out one of his bombs and
explode it right next to himself.Tobi reacts melodramatically and pretends to cry about  losing his dear Deidara-senpai.
Deidara lands next to
Tobi and tells him to shut up because he isn’t dead
yet. Deidara used his own explosion to blast him to safety.
He admits he was lucky that his C-1 chakra bomb managed to save him,
but knows that he must move up to C-2 to take on Sasuke.
Deidara moulds some new clay together and creates a giant clay
dragon. Tobi proclaims it as Deidara’s favorite art
technique, the C-2 Dragon. Deidara hops on and tells Tobi he
knows what to do.
