MenuCHAPTER 346 - The Secret of the New Jutsu
Sasuke smirks at Kabuto and asks him who he thinks he is
right now. He then activates the Sharingan and traps Kabuto in his
genjutsu. Kabuto suddenly realizes his surroundings have
changed; he is in the same dimension where Orochimaru performs his
transmigration jutsu. In the distance, he sees a replay of
the events which have occurred during Orochimaru’s attempt to
take over Sasuke’s body.
Orochimaru uses organic tentacles to merge with
Sasuke, but Sasuke fights back. He activates his Cursed Seal,
causing the black markings to spread from his skin onto the organic
mound surrounding him. The blackness spreads quickly, taking
over Orochimaru’s tentacles and eventually extending to
Orochimaru himself. Orochimaru
attempts to break off, but it is already
too late. Sasuke has full command of the organic substance
and frees himself from their hold. Orochimaru exclaims that
what Sasuke is doing is impossible as the blackness begins to spread
throughout his entire dimension. Sasuke delivers Orochimaru
the same line Itachi had said to him; all his jutsus are useless in
front of the Sharingan. Kabuto can’t
believe what he is seeing;
Sasuke is actually eroding Orochimaru’s dimension with the
power of his will. The tables have turned on Orochimaru.
Sasuke creates three snake-like monstrosities from the organic
substance. They move closer to consume Orochimaru.
Before Orochimaru is swallowed whole, he screams that he is immortal
and cannot die like this because he will be the one to reveal this
world. Then there is only darkness.Kabuto is released from the genjutsu. He knows that Orochimaru has died, but refuses to believe it. Sasuke confirms his fears and says he took over Orochimaru. Without another word, Sasuke turns from Kabuto and walks calmly away.  Back at Konoha, Naruto and
the others are still
at Ichiraku Ramen. Looking at Naruto’s bandaged
arm, Kakashi thinks back to his discussion with Tsunade about
Naruto’s new jutsu. Tsunade, Yamato and Kakashi are
inside the morgue where Kakuzu’s body is being
examined. Tsunade informs the others that every single chakra
tube connecting the cells in Kakuzu’s body has been severed.
Normally, this is impossible to achieve, but the Spiral Shuriken has
managed it. Tsunade comments that the jutsu acts more like a
poison than an attack because it damages the body on a cellular level.
She speculates that it uses shape manipulation to form the Wind chakra
into  countless
small blades that attack every cell in the body.Kakashi comments that the Spiral Shuriken is a jutsu that relies on attack density rather than attack repetition. Yamato asks about Tsunade’s assessment on Naruto. She replies that there is a problem and orders Kakashi not to let 
Naruto use his new jutsu again. Tsunade saw the same effects
on Naruto’s right hand as what had happened to
Kakuzu’s body, but on a smaller scale. She warns
that if Naruto continues to use the Spiral Shuriken, he will eventually
not be
able to use chakra anymore. If the chakra tubes are
disconnected from
the cells, even her medical ninjutsu cannot repair the damage.
At Ichiraku, Kakashi starts to talk to Naruto
about his new jutsu, but Naruto interrupts first. He tells
Kakashi that he knows his body best; he will be the one to become
Hokage one day, so there’s no problem. 
Kakashi is
not sure how to respond. Naruto then thanks Teuchi (owner of
Ichiraku Ramen) for the meal and tells him Kakashi will pay for it. At another part of
Orochimaru’s lair,
Sasuke arrives inside a room filled with several glass tanks containing
fluids inside. He stops in front of one of them and,
surprisingly, the fluid begins to speak to him. It tells
Sasuke it knew he was the one who had defeated Orochimaru.
Sasuke replies that he will set it free and slashes through the tank
with his sword. The fluid pours out on the ground, and a body
materializes from the water. The person’s name is
Suigetsu, and he thanks Sasuke. Sasuke tells Suigetsu he is
the first and orders him to come with him.
