MenuCHAPTER 310 - The Title 
Realizing just how helpless he was to stop Sasuke from
disappearing again, Naruto cringes into a fetal position.
Sakura
faces away from Naruto and tells him crying won’t bring back
Sasuke. But in truth, tears are running down
her face as well. She tells Naruto to not forget
she’s here
too and that they’ll get stronger together to face Sasuke
again. Sai adds that there is still nearly another half year
left
until Orochimaru can take over Sasuke’s body. He
tells
Naruto and  Saskura
that he is also there to help. Naruto wipes away his tears
and
thanks everyone. Together, Team Kakashi returns to Konoha.Days later, they deliver the results of the mission to Tsunade in her office. When asked what they plan to do next, Naruto immediately 
responds that they will not give up. Tsunade lets out a small
laugh because it’s just like Naruto to say such a
thing.
Seeing their determination, Tsunade gives Team Kakashi their next
mission.
Later, Sai makes his own report to Danzou. He
requests
that Danzou allow him to remain with Team Kakashi and keep his current
name. Because Tsunade has already indicated her support for
this
decision, Danzou accepts Sai’s request. However, he
warns
Sai that emotions will lead to hate and ultimately
to war and conflict. Sai agrees that this is one possibility,
but
fighting alongside Naruto has also taught him that emotions can also
lead to bonds and friendship.
Later at his home, Sai sits down in front of an empty canvas
to
start a new painting. Thinking back to his experiences with
Team
Kakashi and of the memories of his brother, Sai is finally able to
choose a title for his next work. Before he can start, he
hears
Naruto calling him to come to the meeting for their next
mission.
Sai leaves to join his new teammates. Behind him, written above the
canvas, is the word “friends.”
