MenuCHAPTER 302 - Infiltration Yamato prepares his team to infiltrate into Orochimaru’s lair with him at point, then Sakura behind him and Naruto at the rear. He decides to use the standard Doton (earth) infiltration method, meaning they’ll  attempt
to break into the lair from within the ground.Meanwhile, inside the lair, Kabuto leads Sai to a guest room where he’ll reside until Orochimaru calls for him. Kabuto puts down the documents containing Konoha’s ANBU member profiles to light a candle. He orders Sai to wait patiently in the mean time. Before  leaving, he tells Sai he needs to lock the door
from the outside since Sai is still under suspicion.Yamato and the others have tunneled their way to the hideout’s outer wall, which is made from solid rock. Naruto is eager to blast through with his Rasengan, but Sakura quickly objects because they’ll give away their 
presence for sure. Yamato suggests they use a more stealthy
approach. After finding a small crack in the rock, he creates
a
small wooden stake, places it into the crack and allows it to slowly
expand. With a final push, Yamato manages to create a hole in
the
rock large enough for them to crawl through. Their first
priority
upon entering the lair is to find Sai. After Sai is sure Kabuto has left, he lays out a set of summoning scrolls and summons forth a small black book. Inside are the secret orders from Danzou which Sai reads for the first time. As Kabuto is walking down a hallway, he suddenly remembers he forgot the ANBU files inside Sai’s room and turns back.  Sai is startled when he hears the door unlocking and quickly hides the black book in his pack. To his surprise, it is Yamato who opens the door; he had molded a wooden key to fit the lock. Yamato asks Sai to explain his actions, but Naruto becomes hostile and demands that Sai explain why he betrayed them. Sai reminds Naruto that making  so
much noise will bring trouble. Naruto becomes even angrier
but
when Sakura tells him to calm down as well, he reluctantly backs
down. First, Sakura returns the story book Sai had
dropped.
She then asks him about Danzou and his intentions by cooperating with
Orochimaru, but Sai remains silent. Finally,
Yamato asks him if Danzou intends to help Orochimaru to destroy
Konoha. Sai smiles and answers no, but Naruto immediately
calls
him a liar because he sees through that fake smile of his. Sai composes himself and carefully explains that his mission failed the moment they had tracked him down. It is unlikely he can take care of all three of them so he will cooperate. He reveals that Yamato was correct; they plan on destroying Konoha as it exists today. As Sai begins to expose Danzou’s plan, Kabuto is on his way back to the room.
