MenuCHAPTER 296 - A Sad Conclusion 
Apprehension and fear overwhelm Sakura as she witnesses for
the
first time the transformed Naruto. She presses her hands
together
to stop them from shaking; this is not the Naruto she knows.
Kabuto watches on with amusement and says that this is more like a
battle between monsters than ninjas. Orochimaru used his Kusanagi Sword (the same one he used to kill the Third Hokage) to thrust Naruto several hundred meters back to the Tenchi Bridge. However, even with such force, the blade was not able to pierce  Four-tails Naruto’s hide.
Naruto clutches the bare blade with one
hand and flings it aside. The blade impacts hard into the
remnants of the bridge, forcing Sakura, Yamato and Kabuto to evacuate.Orochimaru retracts his sword and Naruto lets out a beastly howl. Kabuto comments on how desperate Naruto must be to transform into such a monster in order to rescue  Sasuke;
even to the point of losing his own senses. Sakura recalls the
promise Naruto had made to her about bringing Sasuke
back. It was
a lifetime promise and Naruto swore he will never go back on his words
because that is his way of the ninja. Tears begin to well up
in
her eyes as she realizes just how far
Naruto is willing to go to fulfill the promise. Suddenly,
Sakura
runs towards Naruto pleading for him to turn back because
she’ll
rescue Sasuke for both of them. Yamato screams at Sakura to
stop
because he knows Naruto has already lost his senses, but Naruto has
already noticed  her.
In one swift motion, Naruto whips one of his tails to attack Sakura.Back at Orochimaru’s position, Sai watches the scene unfold from the forest. Everything has quieted down since the last attack and Sai wonders if Naruto was killed.  The snaking head of Orochimaru spits out the
form of his real body. But this time
he seems more exhausted than before. Orochimaru has run out
of
time, his current host body is starting to reject him since he used up
so much chakra in the battle. He is disappointed because he
has
to end their battle early, but Orochimaru tells himself to put up with
it a little longer because soon he will have Sasuke as his host. Yamato’s quick actions managed to restrain Four-tails Naruto with his wood ninjutsu, but he was not able to prevent Sakura from being hit in the left arm. Kabuto walks forward to her, but Yamato immediately binds his arm. Kabuto 
tells him that he has no reason to fight them and surprises Yamato by
healing Sakura’s wound. Kabuto explains that they
all share
the same goal of stopping Akatsuki. If he lets them live, the
Konoha shinobi might be able to take out more Akatsuki members, saving
Orochimaru the trouble. Naruto is starting to break free of Yamato’s wooden restraints. Kabuto takes the opportunity to leave the scene because he knows Orochimaru has run out of time. Yamato doesn’t have time to give chase, stopping the Four-tails Naruto must come first. He performs a series of hand seals to activate the jutsu called  Enclosing
Palm – Return of Innocence (Kakuan Nitten Suishu).
Yamato
immediately rushes forward and slams his hand into Naruto’s
chest, piercing the outer layer. He then jumps back as he
summons
a circle of pillars around Naruto. A visible chakra thread
links
him to Naruto and Yamato uses it to activate the next stage of the
jutsu. The black layer which had covered Naruto’s
whole
body begins to recede into the point on Naruto’s chest where
Yamato had hit him. As Naruto’s real body is
becoming
visible once again, he lets out one last blood curdling howl.Back in the clearing, Orochimaru has regained enough strength to get back on his feet but then senses someone approaching. Standing before him is Sai. He introduces himself as an envoy from Danzou and states that they have something important to discuss.
