Naruto’s Kyuubi transformation has already began. As
strands of his Kyuubi chakra wipe violently through the air, Sakura and
the others can’t do anything but look on and see what comes next. The chakra shroud around
Naruto has already formed three tails and Naruto’s features are
becoming less and less human. As Naruto stares down Orochimaru,
the chakra around him bubble and froth to form into the shape of the
head and torso of the nine-tailed demon fox, Kyuubi. The demon fox
opens its maw and lets rip a deafening howl at Orochimaru. This
creates a tidal wave of chakra that envelopes and washes over
Orochimaru. The force from the chakra alone breaks and distorts
the bridge around them, putting it at an even greater risk of
collapse. But Orochimaru only grins because he considers all this
very amusing. Yamato and the others watch on nervously. He was warned to never let Naruto
advance to the fourth tail stage, but the battle hasn’t even
started and Naruto is already in the three-tails state. Sakura
clutches her trembling arm after getting a feel of Kyuubi’s
chakra; she knows intuitively that this isn’t any kind of chakra
that can be controlled.Again activating the medical jutsu on his hands, Kabuto rushes towards Naruto to attempt a sneak attack. But Naruto notices him immediately and triggers a chakra explosion that slams into  Kabuto,
sending him flying through the air and impacting in the forest a
distance away. The power of the explosion was so large that it
rips the bridge into two. The shockwave also throws Sakura off
her feet. She hits her head on the wooden
planks and loses consciousness. At the same time, the bridge
begins collapsing but Yamato manages to use his wood jutsu to summon
large girders to temporarily hold his end of the bridge in place. On the other end, Orochimaru leaps to safety but Naruto launches a chakra claw at him while he is in midair. Orochimaru manages to evade it, but the claw latches onto a tree behind him and Naruto uses it as an anchor to rapidly pull himself up towards Orochimaru. Yamato’s supports were only a temporary solution and the bridge quickly 
begins to crumble into pieces. He then notices Sakura’s
unconscious body slowly sliding off the edge as the remaining bridge
begins to tilt. Sai is still on the bridge as well, but his
major concern is that this is where his top secret mission for Roots
begins. He quickly draws a picture of an eagle and jumps on after
animating it to life using his Beast Imitation jutsu. Yamato is
struggling to  keep
the bridge standing with his jutsu and calls out to Sai to save
Sakura. But as Sakura falls off the bridge, Sai completely
ignores her and flies off towards where Orochimaru and Naruto were
fighting. Yamato acts quickly and fires off a side branch from
the supporting girders which just manages to catch Sakura in time. A short distance away in the forest, a large explosion occurs and Orochimaru leaps out from the dust cloud – minus one arm. He lands on top of a tree and sheds his outer skin to reveal an uninjured version of himself. He again taunts Naruto by telling him he has a long way to catch up to Sasuke if that’s all the power he can muster as a Jinchuuriki. Naruto’s anger grows, but his only response is an inhuman growl. On his back, a fourth tail is beginning to form.
