The extraction ritual is complete. The Akatsuki
leader
orders Sasori and Deidara to stay behind and capture the Jinchuuriki
(Naruto) when they break into the cave. Sasori asks Itachi
what
kind of bastard the the Kyuubi Jinchuuriki is. Itachi only
says
that Naruto will be easily identifiable because at the beginning,
he’ll shout loudly and then rush at them. With that,
Itachi’s shadow form vanishes along with that of the
other members. The Akatsuki leader releases the summoned
statue
jutsu and disappears too after telling Sasori and Deidara
he’ll
be in contact when they capture Naruto.
Outside the cave, Team Kakashi and Team Guy are ready to
break
in. The boulder blocking the entrance is protected by a five
seal
barrier. Along with the paper seal on the boulder itself,
there
are four other token seals spread out in the surrounding
valley. Negi uses Bykugan to quickly find the other
four.
But they are spread several hundred meters apart from one
another. Since Team Guy is the faster team, they will be the
ones
to seek out the other seals while Naruto and the others will
break
into the cave. Guy pulls out some
strap-on radios from his backpack and distributes them to
everyone. When Guy, Negji, Lee and Tenten have each removed
their
respective seals, they will contact Kakashi so his team can remove the
final seal and demolish the boulder.
With Neji’s directions, Team Guy locates all the
seals and
proceeds to detach them. At he cave entrance, Kakshi peels
off
the final seal and Sakura rushes forward to decimate the boulder in one
punch. In the surrounding valley, Guy’s team is
about to
return to the cave when clones of themselves rise out of the earth
itself. A trap was activated after the seals were
removed. Neji notes the deviousness of Akatsuki’s
trap
because it deliberately divided their four-man team into individuals so
they cannot use teamwork to defeat the clones before them. With Guy’s team stalled, Team Kakashi has no choice but enter the cave without support. Across the vast cavern, they see Sasori and Deidara. Kakashi spots Deidara sitting atop the motionless body of  Gaara
and wonders if they are too late. Deidara asks which of them
is
the Jinchuuriki. An enraged Naruto immediately jumps forward
and
shouts he’ll smash them into pieces. Sasori and
Deidara
agree without a doubt who Kyubi’s Jinchuuriki is.
