MenuCHAPTER 013 - I'm a Ninja 
Zabuza
admits that was impressive of Kakashi. He reveals Kakashi had already
copied the water clone jutsu and had it say "I won't let my comrades
die," to attract his attention, while the real Zabuza hid in the mist
and watched. A new Zabuza shows up behind Kakashi, and when Kakashi
strikes the one in front of him, he finds it too was another water
clone. The real Zabuza swings at Kakashi, but he ducks below the swing. Zabuza's sword is stuck in the ground, so he plants off of it and kicks Kakashi, sending him flying into some water. The team is shocked at 
Zabuza's power. Kakashi notices that the water is unusually heavy.
Zabuza shows up behind Kakashi, locking him in a water prison. Zabuza
tells him going to the water was a mistake. Zabuza tells Kakashi he will first finish off the team, and creates a new water clone. Kakashi admits he is stronger than expected. The  clone
tells the Genin that they should not even be considered ninja. Real
ninja have survived countless brushes with death. If you are good
enough to be listed in his handbook, you are a real ninja, but they are
just jokes. He disappeared, and then kicked Naruto sending him flying. Kakashi tells the team to take Tazuna and run, they can't beat him, but as long as he keeps Kakashi trapped, he can't move either. The water clone also can't go very far from  the real body. Naruto fears for his life,
but
when feeling the pain in his hand, he remembers the words he spoke
about never freezing up like a baby ever again. The thought of Sasuke
especially motivates him. He then flashes back to a scene with Iruka,
where Iruka explains the importance of what the Leaf forehead protector
stands for. He then remembers several occasions. Where he finally receives his forehead protector, where Kakashi tells him he isn't worth being a ninja, and where he tells everyone where he will be Hokage one day.
 Once
again the clone knocks him flying. Sakura tells him they Genin have no
chance of winning, but to everyone's surprise, Naruto gets back up. He
mocks Zabuza, and tells him to put him, the man who will one day be
Hokage, in his handbook. Putting his headband back on, he yells his name proudly, Naruto Uzumaki! Tazuna even acknowledges that Naruto might not be as useless as he first thought. He tells Sasuke to listen because he has a plan, but Sasuke is skeptical. Naruto says hes ready to start. Summary provided by ssi sasuke |
