Summary:
Due to the outbreak of the Third Great Ninja War,
Jiraiya, Tsunade and Orochimaru are sent on a mission in the Hidden
Rain Village. After the battle, they are named the "Legendary Sannin"
by Hanzo of the Great Salamander. While in the village, Jiraiya meets
with Yahiko, Nagato and Konan who request help from him. Jiraiya
accepts and proceeds to train them. After he teaches them how to use
ninjutsu, he departs back for Konoha. He is later informed by a toad
that the all three children were killed shortly after he left.
Following, Jiraiya trains Minato Namikaze, who together with his wife,
Kushina, name their unborn son "Naruto" after the main character in
Jiraiya's novel.
