Summary:
As Sasori is defeated, Sakura wishes to bring Chiyo back to the Sand village to make another antidote for her. However, Chiyo insists that there is something more important she must do first. Kakashi and Naruto are still chasing Deidara through the ravine, but Kakashi is ready to finally use his new Mangekyou Sharingan. The main battle of this episode involves Team Gai’s struggle against each of their respective clones. They come to realize they are at a disadvantage because while they become more tired as the battle drags on, their clones do not. Lee then reminds everyone of their team’s motto: “to become stronger than you were yesterday.” Team Gai’s spirit is renewed and everyone uses a new jutsu to defeat their clones. |
