Chiyo,
a retired shinobi of the Sand village and Sasori's
grandmother, attempts to cure the poison ravaging Kankuro's body but
fails. Sasori and Deidara deliver Gaara to a secret cave
where
the Akatsuki leader leads all the members on a ritual to extract the
Tailed Beast. Back at Konoha, Tsunade receives some bad omens
and
decides to send Team Gai as reinforcements for Team Kakashi.
Later, Naruto and the others arrive at the Sand village in
time and Sakura prepares to treat Kankuro.
