Tsunami is the mother of Inari and Tazuna’s daughter. Her husand died shortly after Inari was born. She welcomed the kind Kaiza into her home after he saved Inari from drowning and became a father figure to her son. Kaiza’s death was hard on her but she tried to put it behind her in order to protect Inari from those painful memories. When Gato’s bodyguards, Zori and Waraji came to take her hostage, she threatened to bite her tongue and kill herself if they harmed Inari. Naruto eventually arrives and saves her and Inari by defeating Waraji and Zori. |
