Biography:
Zaku was an orphan before joing
Orochimaru’s organization and stole food just to survive.
Orochimaru saw hatred in his eyes and promised him the power to defeat
those who looked down on him if he swore loyalty to him. Through
surgery, Zaku was implanted with air tubes in both of his arms that
have openings through his palms. By using chakra to create tremendous
air pressure and sound, Zaku can release powerful air blasts from his
hands.
Zaku has been shown to be rash and prone to excessive violence in
combat. He seems to have litle
care for his own safety as long as he
can defeat the enemy. The three identical characters on the front of
his uniform mean ‘death.’ Zaku’s arms
were broken in a fight against a Cursed Seal powered Sasuke. Even so,
he refused to abdicate and insisted on going forward with his Chuunin
Exam match against Shino.
After his defeat, Zaku was sacrificed, along with Kin, by Orochimaru to
resurrect the First
and Second Hokages.
