Biography:

they gained the title of the “Three Legendary
Ninja” or “Sannin.” Orochimaru
was Sarutobi’s favorite and he took him under his guidance
since Orochimaru had lost his parents at a young age. However, he soon
realized there was a dark side to Orochimaru. Orochimaru craved for power and would use any means to obtain it. Sarutobi had originally wanted Orochimaru to succeed him as the next Hokage of Konoha,  but
realizing his
pupil’s dark ambitions, he nominated Jiraiya’s
student instead. Orochimaru was angered by this and continued
his pursuit of power in other ways. He eventually developed an
obsession for obtaining immortality and started learning and developing
forbidden jutsus. When Sarutobi discovered that Orochimaru
had been abducting villagers for his
experiments, he confronted his
pupil but could not bring himself to kill him. After this
event, Orochimaru left Konoha but vowed to one day return and bring
total destruction to the shinobi village.After leaving Konoha, Orochimaru joined the Akatsuki organization as one of its ten ring-bearing members; his ring, ‘Void’, is on the pinky of the left hand. His partner was Sasori, and the two apparently accomplished many great feats for Akatsuki. However, Orochimaru’s desire for power never waned and he  eventually
attempted to defeat Itachi
Uchiha in order to steal his body and gain the Sharingan
ability for
himself. But Orochimaru was no match for Itachi’s
genjutsu abilities; he was easily defeated and had his left hand
severed. Humiliated, Orochimaru fled Akatsuki, taking his
ring with him. He later takes over the small country known as the Land
of Rice Fields and forms the Hidden Village of Sound (Otogakure).After years of preparation, Orochimaru set into motion his first attempt at destroying Konoha. He manipulated the Hidden Village of Sand (Sunagakure) into allying with Sound by murdering the Fourth Kazekage and disguising himself in his place. Sand and Sound coordinated their attack on Konoha after  infiltrating the village during the chuunin
exam.
However, the fierce resistance of Konoha’s shinobi managed to
repel their attack. Orochimaru and his former sensei,
Sarutobi, had their final battle where the Hokage lost his
life. Sarutobi sacrificed his life to place a powerful seal
on Orochimaru’s arms, rendering them useless and effectively
preventing him from performing anymore jutsus. Orochimaru was forced to
flee from the village.After a failed attempt to convince Tsunade to heal his arms, Orochimaru turned to his other option: body transfer justu. Orochimaru had achieved pseudo immortality by transferring his soul from body to body using his Living Corpse Reincarnation jutsu. However, after three years, the body will begin to  reject
him, forcing Orochimaru to seek a new
host. Because he could not obtain the Sharingan from Itachi,
Orochimaru turned to his next best alternative, Sasuke. With
the promise of power to defeat his brother, Orochimaru lured Sasuke
into betraying Konoha and becoming his apprentice. Although
Sasuke was well aware of Orochimaru’s intentions of using him
as his next host, he was willing to accept his fate as long as it
granted him the power to kill Itachi. But nearing the day of
Orochimaru’s body transfer, in a surprising move, Sasuke
turned on Orochimaru and defeated him in his own dimension.Whether Orochimaru is truly dead is unknown. A fanatical Kabuto, Orochimaru’s former right-hand man, has incorporated parts of Orochimaru into his own body. Slowly, his body has begun transforming, with the possibility that Orochimaru may be reborn again. Abilities and Jutsus:
