Biography:   Misumi Tsurugi was part of Kabuto's three-man team who infiltrated the Chuunin exam under Orochimaru's orders.  He was matched up against Kankuro, but was defeated during their fight.  He later made another appearance during the Land of the Sea anime filler arc (episodes 169-173), but was defeated by Ino. Abilities and Jutsus: Body Manipulation (Taijutsu)   Through Orochimaru's experiments, Misumi gained the ability to dislocate his joints and use chakra to control his loosened body and use it to bind and strangle his opponent.
