Biography:     Hisame is a kunoichi who is a missing nin from the Hidden Rain village.  She appeared in the Naruto Jump Festa 2004 OAV as one of Suien's henchmen.  Suien referred to her as once one of the smartest shinobis in the Hidden Rain. Abilities and Jutsus Water Rope (Ninjutsu)   Through manipulation of water, the user can from a rope that is elastic enough to be used as a whip and strong enough to bind enemies.
