Biography: Tobirama was the younger brother of the First Hokage and an
expert with Water-based ninjutsu. He shared the responsibilty
of training Sarutobi and his team with the First Hokage.

Bringer of Darkness (Ninjutsu) Kokuangyou no Jutsu.
This
jutsu envelops the entire area around the enemy in darkness, rendering
him completely blind. The user and his allies, however, are not
affected.
Suiton: Water Barrier Wall Suiton: Suijinheki.
This water element jutsu produces a towering wall of water to block
incoming attacks. It is particularly effective against Fire attacks.
Suiton: Water Wave (Ninjutsu) Suiton: Suishouha. An
offensive Water element attack which creates a enormous surge of water
and send it crashing down at the enemy.
