Biography: Abilities and Jutsus: Suiton: Syrup Capture Field (Ninjutsu)   This jutsu releases a blanket of sticky syrup onto the ground that can immobilize the feet of anyone walking on it.  However, Izumo's partner Kotetsu is able to traverse the stick liquid by channeling chakra to his feet, giving him a distinct advantage over the enemy.
