Biography: Shi is one of the bodyguards the Raikage
takes with him to the Summit of the Five Kages. He specializes in
detection jutsu and genjutsu, making him an ideal support ninja.

Raigen Rakochu (Ninjutsu) (Genjutsu)
A lightning based ninjutsu that is combined with genjutsu. It
emits a blinding flash of light and at the same time place false images
in the enemies' minds. Used to distract the enemy and allow an
opening for a teammate to attack.
Sensor Shinobi
Shi is a sensor-type ninja in that he specializes in detecting and tracking others through their chakra signatures.
